First Majora's mask, now Myst. You really are working your way through my favorite games. also, screw the paino puzzle

Loved these games, Riven was my entry into the games though, which was amazing.

Myst was amazing, and a true water cooler game at the time. People who wouldn’t be caught dead playing video games would gripe about its puzzles and how long it took them to finish it.

Man, this makes me still wish we could get an Uru Live/Myst Online (again) retrospective from you guys. As an MMO ARG it was way ahead of its time.

Dying Breed

Oh no, I bought the Masterpiece Edition of Myst on GOG… I’m in for a rough ride…

As someone else who played realMyst first, I feel your pain. Team classic mode all the way. I love Obduction to pieces, but the click to move option is complete joke. It moves you a tiny amount and takes ages.

When you say "ARG"... The whole way the developers consistently kept communicating what was going on in the real word with the game and studio, allegorically through characters and organisations in the live game, is something of a story in itself -- more than once I found myself uncertain which side of the blurred line a statement might belong... :P
