Not embarrassed to say the whole torture, beating thing left me wanting to commit real acts of violence against someone and I haven't felt like that in about 2 decades. Really should have been a decision point in this to actually help Quinn get revenge. This is exactly the kind of event that shapes a person as they're growing. I realize the reason it wasn't(so far) an option is because it would have created a whole lot more renders and dialogs, at least on the work load side.

Considering that Quinn called the police on Buddy and cie., I think that Quinn has once again overplayed her hand and will either get ratted out by her former mob boss or the police will progressively find evidence about her. I really think that the noose is slowly tightening around the neck of Quinn and Stephen Burke. I see a lot of people hoping for a happy ending for a redeemed Quinn, but I rather see a tragic story filled with hubris and self-destruction. Some people need to fall at the lowest to find the will to change and become a better human being and I see Quinn as person like this. She's way too set in her ways to change before the consequences of her acts finally catch up with her.

I'm somewhat relieved because I expected her state to be way worse than that considering the way that she was only shown casted in heavy shadows in episode 11. I was worrying that she was permanently disfigured and really in bad shape. It seems that she's slowly healing which makes me hopeful for her. This is a wake up call for her in any case. I hope that she makes the most of it and that it motivates her to find a new and better path in life.

I'm quite relieved to see that while she's battered, she's healing and not permanently disfigured. The fact that she was cast in heavy shadows in episode 11 made me very worried of her state. This is a wake up call for her in all cases and I hope that she will use it to fuel her toward a new and happier path in life, and with Quinn's constant manipulation out of her life. Let's go Rio! We all believe in you! :)

The lightning in the last two episodes and now episode is sick. DPC is really getting his art to its highest level. This game looks better than ever. I was especially impressed in the part where Sage asks you to come with her home to support her mom while Stephen is getting furniture moved. The subtle use of lightning and shadows really made this scene stand out and Sage was more beautiful than ever in it.

As DPC as said in the past, the status of main/side girl mostly mean that the main girls are closely tied with the main story and will have a heavy presence even if you don't romance them as they are your close friends. So, even side girls can get significant amount of love scenes and can even been seriously dated if you want. So, there's hope for more Rionna scenes from what I can understand. I hope so because of all the side girls, it's my second favorite after Nicole. Rio has a little something warming and adorable. If I was the MC, I would just want to hug her and tell her that everything's gonna be okay.

Well, they're either in police custody or they were foolish enough to draw their pistols and are lying facedown in a pool of their own blood. If Buddy is smart, he has surrendered and ratted out Quinn. We'll see, but I believe that Quinn has overplayed her hand again and has started a process that will lead to her own and Stephen Burke's fall.

@Lady Linni The thing is that Quinn and Stephen Burke might among the rats that will eventually be caught. I really don't think that the police will stop at Buddy and Vinny. Quinn might have sowed the seeds of her own undoing.

@RicardoS The thing with fake alibis is that they rarely survive any serious inquiry. If Quinn get arrested, the MC will be powerless to do anything like any citizen in real life. And lying under oath is very very dangerous business. In addition, don't forget that Quinn sexually exploited many of her "sisters" at the HOTs including Rio for her own exclusive profit, she's not clean in all this. Also, her way of manipulating Rio into thinking that she's dumb and will fail college to keep her in prostitution really made me angry and I'm not ready to forgive that, sorry.

I would highly doubt that. Goes against her character development so far. Also she never stated she was having a hard time keeping up with her studies. Quinn stated that just to control her and it turned out to be not true. She is doing fine in her classes.

Yes, while she has said that she's "having problems with her coursework", her response to Cammy that, no, she wasn't failing anything makes me think that her OCD is making classes where she gets a B feel like problems. I sincerely doubt that she is actually having anything like bad grades.

while i see where you guys are coming from, DPC has stated that we are not starting many new stories and wrapping them up instead. her staying prolongs that story naturally. the same way as much as i love the lily storyline, the ending of the last episode with her is more or less the beginning of the end for them most likely. i also believe not every character will have a good or happy ending. i hope i’m wrong and that everything is great with her character and things will work out for her.

@Segs Although I agree with you that not all stories will end well in BaD, I don't think that Rio will stop her studies and leave after that conversation. I think that continuing her studies successfully is on the contrary exactly the right plan to escape that former life of prostitution and drug dealing and getting out of Quinn's grasp. I feel like Camy and possibly the MC will be able to convince her to hang on. I'm pretty sure Sage will talk her into it too. I rather think that Quinn is the one who will eventually face the consequences of her actions especially since she called the police on Buddy and I'm almost certain that Stephen Burke will get what's coming for him at the same time. It might not be in the next episode, but it will be in the next season for sure. I see that Quinn has a lot of fans, but I can't see how it could end well for her and be able to get away with everything. Since the mysterious disappearance of a part of her money back in episode 1, I feel like Quinn has been continuously making miscalculations and other bad calls and it very much feel like the noose is tightening a little bit more around her neck each time. As Riona told her in episode 11, Quinn never really had anything under control and it is still true.

In a way I think it is a safe space for her if MC is on a DIK playthrough. We comfort her in our room after Tommy is an ass to her We agree to take her on a date in the hall outside We talk relationships in the theatre which is 2 doors down We get rid of a stalker for her We reach out to see if she needs anything after Quinn tells us what happened. Gotta love us some Rio even if we only end up as friends.
