I'm curious how you play your Ren'Py games.

Do you use these buttons or do you stick to mouse and keyboard buttons for these commands?

Keyboard as much as possible, mouse where not

mouse as often as possible, keyboard when naming saves and characters or fast forwarding

Right mouse button does that too. I always use that.

I only use the auto button, otherwise it’s right click for save/preferences and mouse wheel or pgup/pgdown for moving back scenes

I use the keyboard mostly and right mouse menu for saves. So I never use those buttons

Just do make sure because the question is a bit ambiguous: I use all the listed functions, but I use keyboard shortcuts (TAB, CTRL, ESC) and right-mouse click and scroll wheel to activate them.

I usually use right and left-click for everything, but occasionally use Q Save/Load and Back buttons. The only keyboard key I use is H.

I use many buttons, history, sometimes skip if I've already played that part and is on a second replay, save and sometimes Quick save or q.load . Press many times tough escape to go to the menu.

RenPy is easy system and most important functions are on mouse, so there isnt big need for buttons. As far as I am concerned I only use mouse and CTRL for "skip".

I've very rarely used the q.save/q.load buttons otherwise it's mouse and keyboard exclusively.
