Does this mean we should only vote in the highest level poll or that the votes in the other polls won't count? I like the idea of having a spread of votes, ie runoff voting, but I don't want to over complicate this

I changed the settings so you shouldn't be able to vote in the lower polls. Please, let me know if you can do that. If that's the case I will open voting in all polls.
