I think Quinn is not very good friends with Maya and Josy, they probably hold together against Quinn "I hope". I hope Sage is clever enough to kick Quinn out of the frat. Quinn hides things that she does, or have the girls do, from Sage. MC knows things about Quinn that Sage doesn't know and could tell Sage about Quinn.

As for Maya and Josy, they both deceived MC and I don't think he's gonna trust either of them anymore. I believe he will end both relationships in Episode 4. Next to that double breakup, Maya is so desperate to get the tuition that I believe she will do as Quinn says and Josy, being Maya's girlfriend, will eventually follow. I'm not expecting a happy ending for these two girls. Both seem doomed to fall under Quinn's domination.
