Hi Kat, I'm not trying to be a bummer, but you're from Canada as well right? If so, even with the new law I'm pretty sure it's still only legal to buy CBD oil from a producer that is authorized by Health Canada, and Herbstrong is a US based manufacturer from I can see from their website. This video may show you doing something that could get you (and anybody else in Canada that follows your example) in trouble ...
