THIS SHIT PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH

OMG.

Ojo Gang should've won by round 3, it's pretty clear they didn't want to stop it there and that's really annoying cos Royal Family lacked in pretty much every round. That crew as much as it has gorgeous girls had the WORST attitude overall and i'm so happy to see the back of them. They did RF a disservice imo. Waay too cocky cos of their name meanwhile they lack the creativity to grow or do anything new, definitely deserved to be the first to do.

Overall the episode was great although the editing was driving me up the wall. 5 Judges may have been excessive because we couldn't really get to hear from them (when i wasn't skipping oops lol). But great seeing Ashley get her tens and how gagged everyone was.

Hi I just wanna to say that I don’t mind you skipping around. It’s actually pretty refreshing because sometimes I’m like, "Girl, let’s keep it moving!" We really don’t need all those extra cuts showing reactions and afterthoughts, I just want to see the dance, you know? And oh my gosh, the Ojo gang got robbed, for real! Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of RF class mission video. Why did they even include MEN in it? I don’t get it. If you’re up for re-watching, check out Monica’s reaction 😆 she was absolutely furious about the men being in the video. It’s clear this is a women’s feature show. Also, I totally feel you on the Royal Family. They’re super talented, no doubt, but it felt like they were leaning more on their name than actually showing off fresh and unique dance as a crew. Honestly, even if they competed in a regular season, I don’t think much would change same vibe, not many new ideas, and just lack of professionalism I kinda feel bad for them, though. It seems like they’re not just letting themselves down but also disappointing Paris and the Royal Family’s rep. I heard they’ve got a contract that supposedly requires( allegedly ) them to showcase Paris’s choreography. If that’s true, it’s like the dance company doesn’t fully trust their own creative flow. They had chances to show original work during class missions, but they didn’t. It just felt lazy, like they thought they were untouchable. But honestly, it didn’t hit the mark. I wasn’t sad when they left. (Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh!) Also, this isn’t the first time they were called out for reusing choreography. They were in a competition not that long ago and Emma from Jam Republic pointed out that they shouldn’t have won because they had reused choreography from their commercial work.

the performance editing is the worst i've ever seen on an mnet show holy shit. to mnets credit though they do upload the uncut versions on their youtube

Hey Micah! i wanted to let you know that ep 5 is a filler, so you can skip it if you want to. I also recommend watching the mega crew performances before the episode so you can have an idea on their vision without a million cuts in between lol

this episode made me sooo mad too, that battle should have been over in 3 rounds easyyy but ofc mnet loves drama and wanted the extra rounds, typical lol i should have expected this from them by this point i’m also really disappointed with royal family on this season, i’ve been following them for years and i learned so much from their performances as a younger dancer. but it’s so unfortunate how much of a let-down they were creatively on the show, i mean there were literally recycled sequences from so many older, iconic rf performances in just about every single piece they did on the show. it just felt lazy like they were relying solely on the royal family name to get them through, which is sad bc there’s a lot of talented dancers in the new gen and i would love to see them grow creatively beyond the older gen. i’m a little bummed they left before the mega crew, considering how that’s literally rf’s forte, but now that i think about it i’m almost glad they didn’t get the chance to reuse an old routine and disappoint me even more i’ve been finding it less aggravating to watch the full uncut performances on yt in place of the over-edited nonsense in the episodes, especially for the mega crew mission. it’s hard to really get into any of the battles or performances because i have to see 15 people react to every single individual move. aside from all that, i’m excited for you to react to the mega crews! i had a blast watching them

As a New Zealander and long time fan of RF, the crew's attitude on this show was so garbage. I was getting second hand embarrassment. Yes, I'm sure mnet editing made it worse than the reality, but it's not like they had to try very hard finding examples of their poor behaviour. Now they're gone, I'm hoping we can get less drama and more dancing, cause these crews are talented as heck. Agree with the other comments saying to watch the full performance vids on YouTube. I would actually love if you jumped to YouTube when the lazy mnet edit starts cause I definitely wanna see your reaction to the full performances. Bit of a side comment, but Motiv putting pro level breaking as the copy scene was unhinged. I felt sorry for Ojo Gang cause they had no chance 😅

I liked watching a bit of it but i only ended up watching my favorite team then turned it off it was too much💀

Yeah it's really unfortunate because Teesha and a few others seems pretty chill on RF but some of those girls... their personalities are so grating. Fantastic dancers but that battle definitely showed their lack of versatility whereas OJO Gang had wacking, fluidity, hiphop so it was very fresh.
