WOW?!??!

It's like I KNEW she would deliver though cos she HAS such a strong brand/image and individual quirky star quality.

She maintained a consistent sound throughout BUT kept every song unique and interesting. This is insanely impressive and another solo album to add to the insane projects we've gotten in 2025 so far!

It's a shame vocally she doesn't have MUCH variety to offer but she at least knows how to make it work sonically!

MICAH!!! Okay first of all, thank you for checking out the album. SECONDLYYYY i’m so glad that you picked up her whole concept for this album! Chaeyoung said even though she knew it wouldn’t be some people’s vibes, she still wanted to let people into her world- she says every song is a little piece of her and she worked on every single song, every bit of creative direction with the sets made from drawings she drew. Also more behind the scenes but she mentioned that she knew her vocals weren’t strong so she purposely studied artists like clairo with sweeter, lighter voices. i’m so glad u enjoyed some of the songs on the album!!! 💝🐄

React to the dance practice or a live performance of the choreo I think it made the song interesting for me cause on first listen you wanna really like the song but something in the production is missing but I think watching the choreo helps the song a lot

Literally 2025 has been AMAZING for people exploring their sounds. Chae's album is consistent through and through and it has deff been added to my chill vibes playlist. I love that she was able to explore this side!

If there's anyone in twice who would say 'I am doing it how I want to do it' then it would be Chaeyoung. She wrote every song, composed 8 of them, and arranged 5. It's so clear how important this project is to her. As a first album this is a great, incredibly cohesive project. I agree with you in terms of her being somewhat limited vocally but it's clear she knew what to do with the voice she has. It's interesting that she's the main rapper in twice and she didn't rap once in this album. Hopefully her future projects will allow her to improve and explore more with her vocals. Crazy to think though this sort of artistic freedom is happened 10 years into her career. Avocado is so damn good. Definitely one of my favourite tracks of last year. I agree that shoot (firecracker) seemed a little generic but it probably makes the most sense as a title in the kpop landscape. I would be more than happy to see a title track in a future project from her that isn't playing it safe. Enjoyed your reaction, and overall feel like you echoed a lot of what people thought on this is album. It really feels like Chaeyoung rather than an album that could be given to any other idol. ps.
