Trin

Such a fun watch!!!! Thanks micah for the amazing, fun, interesting, and honest reactions this year. It’s been fun seeing you get excited over and invested into new groups and new music this year. I also have to give so much credit to you for helping me discover groups this year i probably wouldn’t have checked out by myself like arrc, cye, and the biggest one kickflip my kids lol. Can’t wait to see what is in store for kpop and your channel in the upcoming year.

Joe B

Great list!! 2026 is going to be even better 🤞🏻

Koko3op

Ahhh thank you so miuch I appreciate this so much and thanks for trusting me and exploring!

Marcus Mugo

You had me shocked when I didn’t see The Chase at number 1 but when I saw the video still had some time left I was like “Let me keep watching lol”

Meme

This was a really good top 30 mine would be pretty similar. ZB1 and Hearts2Hearts were my favorite artists this year and honestly the reason I got back into K-pop. I usually only listen to Taeyeon consistently and don’t really keep up with other artists, but when I heard The Chase and Blue, I instantly loved them. They’ve been on repeat since they came out. Sound wise, I actually really like 5th gen K-pop. People hate on it a lot, but it’s honestly my favorite after 2nd gen. I’ve also never listened to P1Harmony before, but Stupid Brain sounds sooo good I added it to my playlist right after hearing it.

Koko3op

Ahhh i love this!! YAY i'm glad you got a song!

moo

omg that was a rollercoaster HDBDJNDIDNSJS i almost started making a protest sign for justice for the chase

V_Moemoe

I have to be honest, I didn’t really listen to Kpop this year like previous years. But standout gems were Ten’s Stunner, Riize’s Fame, P1Harmony Stupid Brain, and on repeat for a while was the Soundtracks of Kpop Demon Hunters Free, and Idol🙈. Thanks for a wonderful year Micah. I enjoyed your reactions especially LeeMujin’s service. Wish you a happy healthy and productive new year filled with beautiful music, laughter, good food and peace., cheers 🥂

Koko3op

Thank you so much! Great taste and to you also, thank you fhe support <3

Chebel

Great List Glad you had a great year and i hope you get an even better 2026! So excited to see what Kiiikiii and H2H bring next year.

Sam

I knew there was some trickery going on when you revealed the no. 1 song and it was not The Chase lol. My top 3 were the same as yours except All My Poetry is at number 3 and Crash is at number 2. Also I was expecting Riize to be on here with either Ember to Solar or Another Life but *Womp Womp* try again next year Riize 😂😂

Joy

Thanks for an amazing year, Micah! I always look forward to your honest reviews and can't wait for even more next year! Hope you have a great New Year's :)

Koko3op

yAww thank you so much <3 and you tooooo

This year was really a good one for Music! My Stand outs This year were X by Close Your eyes, Stupid Brain by P1harmony and Dirty Work by aespa! Also I started to stan H2H cause of your reactions and dedication and i really started to fall in love with them!! I really love their bside Flutter on the Focus Album! I hope you had good Holidays. Let’s have even more fun with music in 2026!✊🏼🤍

Quinoafarts

My top 3 songs are the exact same! Like those songs are otherworldly. Also #THANKYOUFLO!

Cee

Unt unt coz i was looking around in confusion when i heard you say ‘best BOY GROUP debut at number 1….’ coz there’s another debut song thats MOST DEFINITELY missing. And then you explained about the chase and i said mhm exactly LMFAO. But also i LOVE how much you love xoxz and how much you give ive their 4s coz they really are them girls!!!!!!

vale 💝

Thank you for introducing to so many different groups and songs this year Micah! I’ve been watching your channel for about three years now, and you’ve had such a huge impact on the way I experience and view music. I’m so so thankful for that. I honestly thought I was pretty open minded when it came to music but wheewww…you helped me realize the opposite. The way u stay open to songs that are not your typical sound or style pushed me to see things differently, and revisit songs I initially disliked but never really got why and relistened to them with an unbiased perspective. Your taste is stellar and your list is arguably perfect🙂‍↕️ with stunner, focus, cye, crash etc etc on your top 10? And OFC SOTY THE CHASE, you rlly can’t argue w that. Also the switch from strawberry cheesegame to diamond killed mejasjsjah Watching u dance to pretty please was so endearing too ahh. I just love how much joy h2h brings u. It’s been so infectious god i love my girls sm🥹 thank you for another amazing year Micah! You’ve worked so hard. I’m so excited for a new year and intrigued by what new music it will bring.

Koko3op

YAAAAYY!! Gosh flutter is so amazing. Go and listen to the acapella, you'll be floored. Pretty please too

Koko3op

childishgvno

TMJ

BE:FIRST and Close Your Eyes had me in a chokehold this year. Also your joy for H2H is making me stan them lol

Koko3op

The fact I didn't react to the song but only the dance practice should've been your first sign iuvdhsdiuh! not my bagg

Koko3op

HAHA I LOVE HEARING THISSS

miajoon_

MICAHHHHH YESSSSS, the way my top 30 would look similar to yours skdkdi It’s been such an amazing year for music, close your eyes honestly what a pleasant surprise. I’ve put on my non-kpop friends to them too and they’ve all loved them. Thank you for introducing me to so many great music Micah! I don’t always talk about it in discord, but your reactions has made me hear and see songs in a completely different perspective. I’ve known you for years, most of that just being a watcher in Youtube, but you have had such an impact on how my music taste has evolved throughout the years, and I would say for the better, so thank you!🫶

Kyle

It's so interesting to me to see how similar yet different people's interest in kpop can be. Like my list definitely overlaps groupwise/artist wise with yours in spots (kiikii/yeji/NMIXX/ITZY/twice) but even then the songs i'd pick from them are completely different in some cases. I think this is one of the reasons i keep sticking with your content is because there are things i totally disagree on with you as far as like my musical preference versus yours but I always feel like i can expect an absolutely honest take on things from you and if you really don't like something you just don't post about it so while it's sometimes critical it's never overwhelmingly negative. So thanks for a year of great content and i look forward to what you put out in 2026 as well.

childishgvno

Oh I’m looking forward to you checking out their new stuff coming in January though!!

Henna

Koko3op

lauren

I've been waiting for this one😝😝 LOVE to see so many rookies on your list!!! the soloists really shined this year for me too. stunner cracked my top 5 on wrapped my list would also include PYTHON (GOT7), mona lisa (j-hope), if you wanna (wonho), DWIW (Monsta X), and CYE titles :))

Aelila

Such a fun watch, and I've definitely a few new to me songs to my playlist. There were a few surprises, a few fans and I your love for H2H actually made me a fan (I mean, besides there beautiful vocals and choreography, of course!) I've been a silent lurker on your youtube channel and now here, and I appreciate your videos, opinions, and your enthusiasm for music! Thanks for sharing, may the end of the year be a great one for you and see you in the new year!

Koko3op

Thank you sooo much for commenting! Love that you found new songs too! And YAY H2H loveee

nnnicole10

nnnicole10

Also, I have to thank you cause I would never have heard the masterpiece of RESCENE's Crash if it wasn't for your intro, and it became one of my top songs this year too!

Jjung

Koko3op

I loved to spend this year with your reactions, and this final, conclusive video reminded me once again about the power of music and how amazing it is to be able to experience it, and get united thanks to it. Happy New Year, Micah!!! Still watching this video but wanted to tell you how much your content has helped me hear music differently and openly. And I love discovering new music through you!! Can’t wait to see how the podcast and your YT channel evolve this year!! 🎉❤️

Koko3op

Thank youuu so muchh!!! <3

Ebony

Suchhh a fun video. 💕 I love seeing people’s favourites of the year. Me and my friend do something we like to call a kpop recap every month, where we meet up and play our top 15 songs of the month that we have been playing throughout the year. We then do a big yearly recap in December which is so fun! We ended up having to do 40 cause there was just so much good music this year 🙌 My top 5 was : 1-Paint candy - close your eyes 2- ember to solar - riize 3- 100- one pact 4- python- GOT7 5- Stunner- Ten 💕💕
