WELL at least I loved one song! LOL

I'll have to JYP it's 2's, they're remaining very consistent with their sound and I'm also glad there's more vocals this time round I guess.

Not much else to say but I think i'll check out their music OFF camera from now one.

Enjoy!

I really appreciate your honest review, thank you for that. I feel like they might continue releasing similar kinds of songs in the future rock band–based title tracks, with maybe one or two experimental songs, and the rest leaning toward easy listening but somewhat flat. I’m not a music expert, but it seems like they might stick to this typical rock band style, whether it’s because the company wants that as Kickflip’s signature sound or simply because it’s the genre they personally enjoy. For example, Kyehoon participated in writing Eye-Poppin, and Donghyeon worked on Twenty—and I genuinely love Twenty so much. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with Backward though; when I listen to it without the performance, it feels a bit boring and flat, but the performance and choreography really elevate it. As for the rest of the songs, they’re easy to listen to, but they feel a little empty due to the lack of dynamics. As someone who has been a fan since the LOUD era, it’s a bit sad, but I do recognize that their vocal skills have improved a lot. I also really like them off stage—they’re so cute and lovable. It’s just that musically, especially the B-sides, they’re not entirely my type. The B-sides I truly enjoy are only a few, like Complicated and Like a Monster. Thanks for reading this, I just wanted to express how I feel, since I kind of agree with your thoughts as well 🤍

I love donghyeons voice so much, it sounds so clear! His Lee mujin service was splendid as well

Love this! Please comment more. But yes it's a shame we only got one like a monster and i do think the rock sound suits them a lot, but it starts to lack depth. Twenty was great execution hook and production wise but the others fell a bit flat!

The first and second song felt like a Disney channel original sing. Don't hate them but they sound quite similar. They are a far cry from See you on tomorrow.

I've been waiting for part 2 since!

GOD I MISS THEIR SONGS FROM THEIR DEBUT ALBUM. I legitimately only liked one song on the album too and the rest sounded the same to me. What is JYPE doing to them.
