Oh how I'd missed watching a seasoned PERFORMER!!

I hope for week 2 he wears something that's a bit bolder for the first look. The second look was perfect though. The new songs feel safer than his usual but probably natural for a maturing artist that has been active for so long.

I got SHIVERS at times at his energy and dancing at times! I'd missed that.

Also WHERE THE FUCK WAS LONG WAY HOME??? TF?

As someone who has been a Shinee fan since 2010 I can not believe he made it to Coachella. I hope somewhere Jonghyun can see how far Taemin has got in his career. Taemin his little sign to the sky almost made me cry.

Even by Taemin’s standards, this felt like another level in terms of the energy, music production and effort. He made sure to have some live vocals in every song—typically he lip syncs all of Advice—while hitting that choreo harder than he’s ever done. Some of his cleanest live belts during Let Me Be the One…And hearing him play the piano intro to Advice…CHILLS!!!! He came with something to fucking prove. Definitely felt like he played it safe with his outfit and classic song choices, but I think he did that to balance out debuting SIX whole new songs and not even playing his latest single…(yeah wtf??) it seems to me that he’s just so excited and confident about the new songs. Anyway, he’s already teased a sexier outfit for Week 2, and people are speculating that the setlist will be different, so maybe we will get Long Way Home as the next closer…

Also, the dancer who kept catching your eye—that’s Shuri, he was a Shinee kid back in 2017, and went on to do some of the choreo for Guilty!! Taemin brought him to Coachella along with Kasper :,)

LOVE ME SOME TAEMIN and Let Me Be The One was QUEEN of the night for me!!!! I need that 90's r&b Bobby Brown BOYZ II MEN goodness . . . just not the 90's accountant suits. Not for Coachella. Don't get me wrong, he looks fantastic! But this is thee Taemin and I was hoping for a bit more drama with the outfits.

Taemin expressed that he had already promoted Long Way Home and it didn’t fit into his set list. He wanted to promote the newer 6 songs and get the audience reactions. The dancer who caught your eye is Shuri. He was a Shinee kid dancer in Japan and now assists Kasper with Taemin choreography. Lastly, I could be wrong but I think you said of his last sing “he likes these Caucasian song”, that last song most Shawols feel is directed to Jonghyun or closely made with him in mind. Taemin new album will be a mix of genres musically. Taemin made his dream come true performing at Coachella and as a very long time Shawol I thought this performance and last nights were absolutely amazing!
