They booed me on discord for saying it but at this rate, unless the album delivers, I don't think we really need anything more from LSF. It sounds crazy wording it that way but I CRINGE when I see great potential being wasted and falling behind their peers whilst being forced to chase trends. I hate seeing it.

A damn shame really but HYBE is running them through the ground and at this point, I feel sorry for the girls. And can we discuss the star of david in the thumbnail?? That can't be a coincidence knowing how HYBE is

It honestly sucks that the group that got me into K-pop now feels so uninteresting, like the company has drained all the creativity out of their music and left them with no real direction or inspiration at all.

I gave up on them in 2022! Blue Flame was the last song I really enjoyed. They never found their sound, granted I don’t think HYBE ever tried to find one, and then settled on “fashion” as their brand and ok cool!!! But when Aespa released Whiplash I needed them to pack it up. I commented on your podcast episode with Impurities, I’m just happy they are having fun

Honestly i didn’t expect much from celebration anyways, once the girls said it would be different from the new album as a whole 😭. Im trying to wait for the actual album to be released bc there will be 10 new songs + they have hinted that it will be r&b based! this will finally be their 2nd full album since unforgiven so fingers crossed lmao! Celebration to me is just like a seat filler yk? It’s supposed to start off the new trilogy (since the album is focused on them building themselves back up after the hate train & almost giving up). I think overall the mv was nice with the story telling of Frankenstein & his persona of still being powerful whilst being fearful. They are growing vocally so god can only hope that this album has at least 1/10 that we will like lmao ! Also, the star thing is kind of their signature SKSKSK , its a friendship star initially with just them 5, that they do at the end of each promotion! It’s just so funny seeing it in your context

​honestly, nothing has hit quite like Blue Flame, impurities, or even Perfect Night for me. Last year’s title track at least wasn’t bad, but it didn't feel "new" either. BUT THIS..... +) Oops apologies! I overlooked about the spoiler and edited my comment!!

yeahh like i honestly do enjoy a lot of edm and electronic music so i gave it a chance but it just lacks any substance at all and the production is very uninteresting. i don’t feel like it has the earworm/viral factor that made spaghetti successful either

I refrained from giving my first impression when it dropped but yeah, having revisited it I do not suspect that thing is gonna be a grower for me. It just feels like there's nothing of substance there, and there's something particularly off-putting to me about the rah rah Sserafim this and fearless that when there's nothing else going on, it feels like just jingling keys in front of people to get them to go yay that's our girls. Like, you don't get to collect points for just existing at this point. That said, on a more positive note I actually did quite like the premise of the video if nothing else.

I could even finish the video.. I really loved their work in the beginning but anything after crazy I couldn’t vibe with. I will still tune in for the album though on the slight chance they will deliver😓 Also the releases this year?!!? Everyone needs to go back to the drawing board omg😖

In terms of the release, I’m more lyrically driven when it comes to music. I liked the song’s lyrics and it seems very personal to the members and their overall storyline of fearless and being true to themselves. That’s what kept my interest and made me enjoy it. Personally, the genre choice is one that I’ve not gotten exhausted by, because I limit my intake of K-pop artists. Once a genre trends it gets oversaturated quickly (circa 2020 when BTS did dynamite and everyone went retro). I can understand the need for something new and interesting production wise, but for now if the girls seem to enjoy it then go them I guess. When and IF it starts to hurt the bottom line, then maybe creativity will run free and capture listeners

u can tell by there performance that they’re not the biggest fan of the song. they need to stop giving them anything because they can perform it/ sell it well. what’s even more annoying is that when u look at them you can see a sound that will sort them well. CRAZY, impurities, antifragile that’s the type of things that suit them and what will get them the reaction the company clearly wants
