Yooo that sorry sorry rehearsal was MESSYYY loool. I LOVE how honest he is though, we don't really get that nowadays.

SO many great vocalists in this season wow.

The rankings SHOCKED me LOOOL. I can see why rigging had to happen uidhfiush cos even with the boost, a lot of the line up were no where to be seen!

Some of these first performances were a little messy on rewatch lol. Almost at episode 6/7 of Vocalist 101 though!

Rewatching this makes it very evident how things have shifted over the years. 2nd and 3rd generations had strong vocalists, now things are more stylistic and rap forward, weak but decent vocals. Following the blow of the voting scandal and the reveal of some of the contestants who should have made the final cut, I was lowkey fine with the manipulated line ups because they were STRONG groups at the end of the day. Sorry to those contestants...

just started but i find it so interesting how when groups these days perform replay they go all in on the cuteness because Shinee (especially Taemin) were young at the time singing about a noona when the original song and performance wasn't really like that. like it was vocalists yearning and going crazy on an RnB inspired track where did they get all the aegyo and finger hearts from 😭

Justin joined Idol Producer the Chinese version of p101 and then his trainees friends now all have successful careers in china

I checked and they rigged 2 ppl in each 1st, 2nd and 3rd seasons finals and 6 ppl in 4th. During first mission they didn't broadcast the 1st episode yet I think, just the signal song was out.
