There's a lot of potential here but for the most part, it's hard to connect with characterless voices that are blending into one with heavy autotune/editing.

A couple of the songs feel like demos too that don't really go anywhere.

The other 3 songs have great production and energy and show where they could be if they actually stopped pushing the underground quirks and were more vulnerable in being more raw but that will come as they mature i'm sure.

Looking forward to dance practices!

Amen sister ! I still don’t know what the three little one sound like without the distorted studio version of their voices 😭

the best way i can describe their music is like… dirtbag rock meets rae sremmurd??

Koko3op

Haha i dunno what this means but sounds right

I have such a hard time wrapping my head around these guys. I feel like I enjoy the concept of them and find myself liking more songs than I expect, but I wish they branched out more considering how young of a group they are. Tbf they’ll find that sound eventually, but listening to the album together really causes th songs to blend into one. I’m not sure if that due to production and the fact that their voices blend together, but i feel like with the first ep there was a good amount of different genre styles to keep me engaged. This is also coming from a what you want enjoyer lol so i’d love them to try more of that grungier teen style

I feel like it’s also a bit surprising considering that at the very least martin and keonho are decent singers and have really shined the times they’ve covered artists songs. I feel like they’re underutilizing their talents in a way that might push listeners away from

M.

I just feel like all of this feels like martin’s musical identity more than the group cortis and idk if that’s a good thing

Koko3op

NAIL ON THE FUCKING HEAD. I wanted to say this in the reaction too! It's like they're not reaally contributing much

I KINDA AGREE WITH THIS! because when u compare them musically, u can see a difference.. like for example, the song keonho produced on their documentary was so different compared to the songs Martin produces, and keonho is into artists like Dominic fike, Radiohead, Justin Beiber, yet none of their songs have that kind of vibe?

Agree on their voices..Thats why i feel like im liking their song more after watching live performances because i can hear them..

Vee

This comment frying me but yesss I agree!!!

M.

exactly!! they say they are contributing but it's like are they really in the grand scheme of things.

M.

right and i've seen seonghyeon mention brent faiyaz multiple times like none of these influences are showing up.

Sometimes you just wish they'd hurry up and mature musically, but then you remember that they're less than a year out as a group... The debut mini was on repeat for me, LOVED IT. This one, I can't see myself putting most of the songs on, but I'll never skip a performance. Had to watch the release party instead of listening the audio only after TNT MV came out (don't watch the release party it if your sensitive to light because the flashing is ridiculous... What keeps hope alive for me to stick with them is because they're still young PLUS they had a hand in some hits prior to debut, so they have it in them. I'm still waiting on some of those great snippets that I heard in the docuseries (Big Hit wtf!!! Release me from that one Seonghyeon vocalizing clip!) They are chronically online, so maybe they'll see some of the discourse around this release and surprise us next release. Throw away the vocal filters please!

Hii can you react to keonho lee mujin service cause I feel like you will really like his vocals.
