WIP(?) - Harbormaster Bird (Patreon)

ive had this one sitting in the files for a bit cuz i wanted to get more of her design down but ended up stalling :Y she might become an adopt if i'm just not feelin inspired enough, idk.

was pondering on the idea of a new bird character, and making her a counterpart to Kemke as a harbormaster constantly trying to catch her but Kemke slipping away each time. and also lots of ENF with her. because funny : ]
