Happy Friday my sweet crowd!

Firstly a big thank you for all your moral support, really means a lot.

Now, being in the present moment is not easy at all, I've been starting to practice presence and so I succeed for a few seconds only to realise minutes later that my mind's been wondering around.. It's so hard to remain still and think about nothing, although, as it suggests, it suppose to be the easiest simplest thing that one could do.. 

Anyways, don't worry, I'm smiling, I m feeling positive and am grateful for every moment, I m just sharing my thoughts as I go and it makes me feel better, as simple as that :)

PS.  This weekend I will share a couple of screenshots from our next video before posting it for you in the beginning of next week.
