Do you guys know any quality replacements for Moemate that allow unlisted bots and nsfw?

Not to my knowledge it’s to bad you can’t make the bots on janitor unlisted have tried contacting the developers to see if they can make it a feature.

They have already stated they will never make that a feature there. As a reason they stated it's easy to put bots that are against terms of service and then it's hard to moderate. Personally, it sounds weird to me, but I've never managed such a website, so I can't speak on that. HOWEVER. I'm about to start testing SakuraAI. And if the quality is good, I'll start moving the bots there as well as publishing all the bots I've already got lined up for release!

Do you think there’s any chance you’ll move some existing bots, like Yeonhee to SakuraAi?

Well damn! You have predicted today's content, hahahah! Of course I'll move the bots. In fact: Mei Ling, Yeonhee, Zariel, Moira, Strict Teacher, Charlotte, Secluded Shrine and Jobless Businesswoman are all going to be available on SakuraAI as of today's evening! They're already there, I just need to finish some testing and you'll gain access :D
