Okay theory time. They are siblings now but they don’t feel like siblings but since they alpha and omega there will be a misunderstanding. One of the panels they mentioned going into heat with an alpha around so this might be the reason Evan can get hurt also it seems Sean has some feelings towards Nathan but Nathan might not towards him or he’s too innocent. Either way this will cause some major dramn and probably lead to Airan taking advantage and hooking up with Evan before feelings are figured out

Teenage Thomas is so adorable but sneaky but Nathan and Sean might be next door neighbors but plot twist Sean accidentally already marked Nathan lol I don't want that to happen but it would add a lil drama to the group if they found out lol
