I haven't really got into the reaction yet, and I haven't read the comics in a while, but I don't know if you should watch the motion comics until after you finish Angel, because I'm pretty sure it takes place after Angel season 5. It's been a while though so I don't remember if there's any spoilers or not. Can anybody who's read them more recently maybe help me out?

This was amazazzing! I haven't seen these in ages. I always wanted to get the Buffy 144 ep box set cube! They used to have it at Costco and I'd just stare at it longingly. It's stunning in it's white and red box. I have the entire series in the big individual season box sets that fold out, because gotta get the extra pictures that you can't find on the slim sets. Lol. Literally Buffy & Angel are the only big box sets that I haven't condensed into smaller packaging and I move a lot, so it'd be helpful, but I am so happy I never did. (I also haven't condensed Supernatural, I only have 1-6 though, but they're smaller sets so they don't count the same. lol) Also, back in the day my brother bought me an Angel cut out! It has since been destroyed in a flood, but I had it in my apartment at university and my stupid roommate used to move it around to scare me when I came home from work. It worked every fricken time too. 😂😂😂 I swore off cut outs ever since, but now I'm like, 'A Buffy cut out would be so fricken cool! Or Faith! I wonder if they have Faith!' I don't really have Oz ep recommendations, 'Phases' obviously. 'Surprise' is really good because that's where he gets clued in. I do like 'Lovers Walk' for Spike, but it's where Oz finds Willow by smelling her and sees her and Xander together, so it's sad for Oz. I do recommend all of season 2 as a rewatch except from 'Go Fish'! 😂😂 oh man, that ep really should've been in season 1. I'm a Buffy/Angel fan though, so of course I'm all about season 2. I've gotten off topic. Whoops, but Oz comes about in season 2, so let's pretend it was intentional. Lol.

Some episodes with great Oz moments... S2E4: "Inca Mummy Girl" (First Oz episode) S2E13: "Surprise" (Willow asks Oz out on a date and Oz finds out about the supernatural) S2E14: "Innocence" (Willow asks Oz if he wants to kiss her and Oz says he is willing to wait, also Buffy fires a rocket launcher at the Judge which is not related to Oz but you were curious which episode it was) S2E15: "Phases" (Oz finds out he is a werewolf) S3E4: "Beauty and the Beasts" (More development on Oz being a werewolf) S3E10: "Amends" (Willow and Oz get back together after Willow cheated on him with Xander) S4E6: "Wild at Heart" (Oz leaves Willow) S4E19: "New Moon Rising" (Oz returns and is the last time we see him in the show) Oz is sprinkled throughout S2 and S3 a lot, but the episodes I listed are the ones where either Oz plays a central or central-adjacent role imo.

Eek that writers/cast chat was uncomfortable. Such a shame that Sarah wasn't in any of it- bit odd. I hope you do a rewatch of fool for love, that's my favourite episode!

Darcie, I don't think you've been saying "angst" wrong. Jane Espensen seemed to pronounce it with a French (sort of) accent. Usually I hear it pronounced with a long "A" sound.
