1. Cavemen. lol 2. Our hospital blankets aren't like that! When you said 'holes' I was very confused. That's a nice blanket. Ours are white and really thin, no holes. They keep them in these warmers so when they put them on you they are nice and toasty. My mom and grandma have stolen quite a few in their day, so your secret is safe with me. Lol And Fred... I sobbed my face off. It's always so painful to watch her insides boil. To have her there with Wesley who has loved her from the get-go, made it extra painful. It wouldn't be a Whedon show without people being extremely happy, finally getting what they've always wanted, only to be met with a sadistically cruel demise of some sort. Anytime someone is happy they are in danger. There has been so much foreshadowing throughout the season for this episode. I really noticed it this time watching with you. The biggest and most obvious in the episode 'Soul Purpose' with all of Angel's dreams. I won't say much more, because I don't want to unintentionally spoil something that might be in the next episode. I don't think I would, but since it's a two parter, best to be careful.

Whedon's directing is so good, I think he's very underrated in this area. RIP Freddikins 😭

This was the episode that made me officially fall in love with Amy Acker. Like she was good throughout the show, but her acting was phenomenal in this episode.

“What a good fucking episode, but like I wanna die inside” -Darcie. Kinda perfectly sums it up. This episode is soooo good and yet sooooo sad. “Why can’t I stay” might be the 4 most devastating words in the Buffyverse to me. The acting all parties is so amazing in this episode but especially Amy and Alexis in those last couple of scenes together. RIP Fred but also I’m really excited to see you react to where it goes from here. Random trivia, the song that Eve sings when Lorn is reading her is the same original song that Lindsay sings in the karaoke bar in season 2 and was written by Christian Kane (Lindsay) and I think David greenwald the co-creator of the show. Fun little Easter egg.
