It's such an easy show to fall in love with. Welcome to the club!

OK, this is the first episode I'm watching with the captions, and the differences between what the AI translation, and what is actually being said is hilarious! Now, Sonny Rhodes is done singin'. Back to the show.

Yeah, another Tim Minear masterpiece! I love this episode! It's probably my favorite. Great reaction! PS. Zoe husband, dinosaur guy, the pilot, is named Wash. Wash. Wash. Say it! WASH! LOL

I'm pretty sure this episode of Firefly has been on at least one list of the best episodes in the history of TV.

I love this episode (and this show) so much!

The whole show is amazing, but this is my #1 favorite episode. I feel like if anyone didn't already love the show, this would be the episode that would likely seal the deal. The ending is also a perfect reflection of Mal and his love for Serenity in that we find out that he didn't need the sales pitch, he knew Serenity was the ship for him. Sad that they never found a cook, but if there had to be a trade off then a doctor is definitely more important.

The last episode of the series is my favourite, but this is definitely a top contender. They really did a wonderful job of making us feel all the feels.

I just found, and enjoyed the react to the Firefly Ep 1 on YT... so I subscribed here... only to be delighted that the latest posted Patreon react is to my personal favorite episode - 'Out of Gas'!!!! I love when a react is just as good as the "favorite episode" level of content. ...and I loved this one!

Ms. Chuck Terry

One of the best episodes of network television for the last 50 years. Thanks for sharing your reaction. Can only watch Out of Gas for the first time, once. But with you, I get to feel a bit like it’s my first time again.

Becky Mitchell

Truly one of the best episodes in any Whedon show, which is saying a lot! I just love the flashbacks and learning about the crews beginnings.
