(posting this before watching) LETS FUCKING GOOOOO!!!

Lais

we see the Cult of Skaro (Dalek Caan, Dalek Sec, Dalek Thay and Dalek Jast) for the first time in Army of Ghosts/Doomsday (s02 finale), and at the end of the battle of Canary Wharf, right before Rose goes to the parallel universe, he and his fellas use an "emergency temporal shift", which leads them to Manhattan where they try to merge Daleks and Humans into one hybrid race (Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks). When the Doctor defeats them, Dalek Caan uses once again the emergency temporal shift, that's when he goes into the Time War and goes insane...

trying so hard to not jump directly to that cliffhanger to see your reaction XD

Doctor Who's Avengers Assemble moment. Brace yourself, more to come.

The episode that broke the country for a week

This was definitely my avengers endgame! Next week gets even better 🫣

Considering what's to come, this isn't my favourite series finale or Dalek episodes, but it's nice to see the Doctor's ''Children of Time'' all come together. Darcie's reaction to this is great and that ending had everyone watching in 2008 in a crisis for a week

Fun fact the last time the Doctor regenerated before a series finale was the 5th Doctors regeneration, I always thought it was a brave move for RTD to just throw a new Doctor right into the middle of his biggest challenge but it was the correct call all things considered

Aaaaahhhhhhh! My god i cannot wait until next week. The drama..the music...the TenRose running scene! Phenomenal, peak Dr Who

I put off watching this reaction because even the thought gave me goosebumps like WE’RE HERE 😭😭😭 The show has many great moments to come but I can honestly say that, for me, it never reaches these heights again. The scale, seeing all the companions come together and interact, the Judoon, all the references to the missing planets throughout the season, the bees disappearing!!! Even Dalek Caan bringing back the Daleks after he disappeared in Daleks in Manhattan! And the RUN! THE RUNNNN! Soooo cute and sooo cruel at the same time, 10 year old me was sobbing on the floor 😭 Russell T Davies isn’t seeing heaven for that One more episode in my favourite season of Who 🫡 I’m so scared, but so excited for you girly 🫶🏼

“Why don’t you ask her yourself?” And I’m in shambles TenRose you will ALWAYS be famous

Davros the creator of the Daleks first appeared in the 1975 Classic Doctor Who serial, Genesis of the Daleks. Fun fact that at the time the show was on the fourth Doctor and his companion was Sarah Jane Smith. So Sarah Jane has met Davros before and was there when he created the Daleks. You don’t have to but for research that is a serial that you could watch just to get the backstory. It can be watched stand alone. At the time there was Doctor who but also 2 spinoff shows that both appear in this episode, The Sarah Jane Adventures (geared more towards kids) and Torchwood (geared more towards adults). It was cool to see all of the shows in the universe come together for this one. Seeing this again makes me want to rewatch Torchwood. It was cool seeing Gwen and Ianto with Jack in a main Doctor Who episode. One weird thing that I thought about during this episode is what is this shows obsession with the last name Jones. There’s Harriet Jones (former PM), Martha Jones, and Ianto Jones. I don’t believe any of them are related. Weird to give so many characters that last name and they all appear in this episode.

Hope you’ll react to Torchwood too would love to see you go on that journey! These episodes with all the companions coming back are literally my favorite. Donna has always been my favorite companion too I love her
