i'm sitting in a pile of blankets in gloomy upstate new york, in my last few hours of calm before participants start arriving for week two of my retreats. it felt only fitting to use this time to share photos from another retreat i was very fortunate to attend earlier this year.

film, of which i procrastinated to develop per usual, from a villa in the teeny tiny town of girona, spain.

as i prepare to create a container for nearly fifty folks for this weekend (my biggest retreat yet, ah!), i'm reflecting on the immense gratitude that i feel towards those in my life that make it possible for this to happen. for those who hold space for me, so that i can hold space for others.
