              good evening everyone, hope all is well. just wanted to tap in wit you guys real quick to let you know that I aint forget about yall & i apologize for my recent absence, this past week I've been trying to make something different than what I would normally do. unfortunately due to technical difficulties with the weights and etc I've decided that i needed some more time to make sure that everything is perfect with those items, So this means this week i will be uploading twice. again, sorry for my absence everyone i will be sure to make it up to you guys this weekend.
