PART 1 -  How Did I Even Pitch This

PART 3 - Production

Hi! I'm still sick somehow!!!

I'm trying my best to get behind-the-scenes stuff out for Epithet but it's taking awhile because literally everyone involved is infected with something.

If all goes well (HAH) then we should be getting the soundtrack and the commentary tracks out this week! In the meantime, enjoy this!

This segment covers the casting process for the show as well as what the editing process is like. It's mostly sitting. And ProTools crashing. And one time I accidentally hit a button with my knee that shut down the entire studio for an hour and a half. Lol oops.

Omg I didn't know you spoke for the funny dino man! That's awesome

SINISTAR

out of curiosity are there going to be more eps than the current 7?

BedknobsandBethanies

It sounds like ya'll had so much fun recording this! I love hearing about the VO and casting process, because I have always been fascinated by voiceover and love to act. I can't wait to hear the commentary tracks, but please don't kill yourself, Jello! Hope you kick that illness soon!

The acting WAS really good! :) Even before the show really grabbed me, I thought 'hey this voice acting and dialog is fun, lets see where it goes'. Good casting!

Cait

Bryce Papenbrook auditioned? Wow.

Call me Caesar

if i can ask, what was the story for justice washington as howie? ive been a fan of him or a few years, so i was estatic to se him in the role, he did a fantastic job!

George Marionerd

I have a question not really related to this, but can I ask about why Howie, who is a mundie, has an unnatural skin colour? I assumed that only inscribed like Mera could have a weird skin colour.

JelloApocalypse

He auditioned and I thought he was best for the part so I cast him. No story on that one, haha.

JelloApocalypse

Dark grey-blue is a natural human skin tone. Look it up.

Call me Caesar

fair enough lmao. thanks for the answer all the same

Ben Andrus

I’m glad that this behind the scenes has a lighter tone than the last. Hearing all of the troubles with the contracts was kinda depressing. So I’m glad recording the actors was fun!

Minerva T

If, somewhere, there are outtakes of the beef takes sheep freakout, I will die happy.

CS1

Loving all the bonus content, my dude. Would you be able to potentially release pdf's of the scripts on here, or are those locked down by contractual agreements/not something you'd want to release publicly? I know I'm not the only one who'd be interested in reading them. Either way, I hope you're having a rad weekend!

Anthony Ray Morales

Alright, you don’t have to live in Texas to work on a Jello project! My motivation is even higher now! Totally trying out for the next audition you post ^_^!

MacSpawn

So... are we getting a part 3?

Sharona Maynard

I'm pausing at 33:15 -ish to laugh about Jello ranting about how chess metaphors suck. That aged wonderfully.

Kara Sheard

I guess Edgeworth really hit Jello hard
