Character Story: Anais (Patreon)

Anais, a fox♀, 18 years old.

Height: 5'3'' (163 cm).

Anais is the local eccentric (yes, Isaac was right...), who, nonetheless, possesses an extensive knowledge of local flora and can effortlessly craft remedies for various ailments. She might seem quirky and wild at first glance, but to her family, she's special (not in a positive sense), being the only one to break the tradition of living in the forest that all her relatives adhered to for generations.

She moved to the village to use her knowledge to aid the locals. Initially, she struggled with speech, but the villagers taught her, even though they didn't understand her any better... She has her own understanding of life and her moral principles.

For her design, I incorporated a folkloric style with a touch of magic because Anais is not only a guardian of knowledge about the healing properties of plants but also holds a profound secret of the forest. To emphasize her ascetic lifestyle, I made Anais appear very thin and fragile at first glance, though in reality, she is very active and nimble (and incredibly flexible <3 ).

I selected the character's color palette on https://color.adobe.com/explore and tweaked it slightly, resulting in her looking like this:

And, of course, I looked at various references on the internet regarding folkloric styles and wizard characters.

What do you think about girl?🦊
