As a girl who loved eroge characters, as a girl who was cosplaying Shizuku Kuroe, Marin had accumulated far more research and knowledge on the ways of lewdness through her gaming experiences than your average girl. She'd lost count of how many times she'd studied Shizuku's various ahegao expressions and reactions. That look—a face of supreme beauty flushed crimson and just slightly breaking apart—was one of Marin's absolute favorite expressions.

However, lacking any real experience herself, she'd always believed that expression was simply artistic exaggeration. Whether in eroge or doujinshi, surely the real world couldn't possibly be that over-the-top. The girl who'd held that belief only now, in this very moment, suddenly understood.

"So... it wasn't artistic exaggeration after all..."

A surge of irresistible throbbing and pleasure welled up from deep within her body and soul. Marin threw back her long, fair neck, and a dreamlike flush blossomed across her exquisitely beautiful face. Her awareness gradually grew hazy and indistinct.

Marin looked at the full-length mirror inside the changing stall. The expression currently on her face was unmistakably the exact same expression as her beloved Shizuku. In this moment, Marin faintly felt as though she had completely and perfectly become Shizuku.

"Want me to help you finish the rest of the tally marks?"

When the young boy's youthful, crisp voice reached her ears, Marin nodded as if in a trance. The next moment, Kouma uncapped the marker...

Inside the Shimokitazawa Exhibition Center.

Sajuna Inui frowned as she gazed toward the distant changing rooms. Wave after wave of people had come and gone, yet there was still no sign of Marin. She glanced down at the time. It had already been nearly twenty minutes.

"Why is she taking so long?" Sajuna said with some displeasure.

A hint of worry surfaced on Shinju Inui's lovely face. "You don't think something went wrong, do you?"

Just as Shinju was wondering whether she should go in and check on Marin, her beautiful eyes abruptly brightened. She spotted the stunning beauty cosplaying Shizuku emerging from the changing room.

"Marin-san, what took you so long?" Shinju asked with curiosity.

Marin's pretty face instantly reddened. Those long legs, sheathed in their uniquely patterned black mesh stockings, pressed together. "A little... mishap."

Marin's gaze drifted evasively, sweeping across the convention hall, but no matter how she looked, she couldn't find the small figure who had left before her.

Sajuna looked at Marin, a trace of surprise flickering through her beautiful eyes. For some reason, she felt that Marin's aura had changed somewhat after coming out of the changing room. Though she couldn't quite put her finger on what that change was.

Shinju, on the other hand, had a glimmer in her beautiful eyes. She couldn't help but raise her camera and snap a few shots of Marin. She was different from Sajuna—she was familiar with the character Shizuku. So when Marin stood before her, she immediately noticed that the other girl's aura had become... more erotically charged.

Before, Marin's looks and outfit had both nearly perfectly recreated the character Shizuku. Everything except the aura. As an eroge character, the battle-hardened Shizuku, even just standing there lazily, exuded an air of someone who had lived through eventful times and gradually grown generous with her favors—a richly sensual, alluring quality. No matter how hard Marin tried before, as a pure high school girl, she simply hadn't been able to replicate that kind of aura.

Yet after emerging from the changing room, Shinju could see that previously missing hint of sexiness in the girl before her. It made her rather curious: what exactly had Marin been doing in those twenty minutes in the changing room? Surely just writing a few tally marks on her thighs couldn't have made her this alluring.

A thought stirring in her heart, Shinju gradually crouched down to capture a shot of Marin's long legs from a low angle. Marin immediately understood. Her slender, fair fingers pinched the hem of her skirt and slowly lifted it just a fraction. Though nothing was actually revealed, only the faint strokes of the tally marks barely visible, Marin's aura grew yet another shade more sensual. It was as if the real Shizuku stood right before them.

Seeing this through her camera lens, Shinju's face instantly flushed and her heart began to pound. "Th-this is just too amazing!"

Her fingers seemed to kick into overdrive, repeatedly pressing the shutter at incredible speed.

"Th-that's enough, right?"

Marin dropped her skirt hem, a deep crimson blush spreading across her exquisitely beautiful face.

A faint sense of shame stirred inside her. If she'd written those tally marks herself, she definitely could have shown them off openly and without reservation, but those marks on her leg had been written stroke by stroke by a young boy.

Just the slightest recollection brought back the sensation of that moment. Her long legs went weak unconsciously.

Thinking about it made her rather embarrassed to show Shinju. This real experience had left a deeper impression on her than even a perfect cosplay ever could.

Unfortunately, by the time she'd come back to her senses, the young boy was already gone. Even after leaving the changing room, there'd been no sign of him.

If she could see him again...

Marin bit her crimson lip, a glistening light shimmering in her beautiful eyes.

"Alright, let's go explore the convention. Weren't you going to buy some doujinshi, Marin-san?"

Marin shook her head, banishing the increasingly improper thoughts from her mind. Her energetic, adorable smile returned to her lovely face. "Yeah, let's go!"

Eriri's Booth.

When Kouma returned to the booth, Sayuri, who had been waiting for quite some time, immediately lit up. "Mm-hm, my eye for these things is spot on after all. This outfit suits you perfectly, Kouma!"

Humming with delight and praise, she pulled the young boy into her embrace. "Eriri, come take a picture of me and Kouma..."

Eriri rolled her eyes in a pretty, exasperated manner at this. Yet she obediently raised her phone nonetheless. Just as she was about to snap the photo, Eriri suddenly noticed her mother had produced from who-knows-where a white round hat embroidered with flowers and placed it on her head.

Eriri clicked off a few shots, and gradually something dawned on her. Why did her mother's whole getup look so familiar somehow? White round hat, white long dress, embracing a young boy in her arms...

"Wait... this is Hasshaku-sama, isn't it!"

"Oh, you actually recognized it," Sayuri said with some surprise.

Eriri's lips twitched a few times. As a doujin artist, how could she possibly not know Hasshaku-sama? Hasshaku-sama was a yokai from folklore—tall and voluptuous, yet with a particular fondness for hunting young, pretty boys, and in the world of doujinshi, Hasshaku-sama was the quintessential example of an older woman riding a younger boy.

Just a while back, when she'd been working on a "small horse pulling a big cart" doujin, she'd even specifically read several Hasshaku-sama doujinshi for reference.

She hadn't expected that on a day meant for running a booth and selling doujinshi, her mom would be off playing at cosplay instead—and cosplaying Hasshaku-sama at that.

"So, what do you think? The moment I hold Kouma in my arms, doesn't it totally capture that Hasshaku-sama flavor?"

Hearing her mother's smug voice, Eriri gave an exasperated huff. Her clear, deep blue eyes swept up and down her mother's tall yet hardly voluptuous figure, and she delivered her verdict with cold ruthlessness. "Mom, does your figure have even the slightest thing in common with Hasshaku-sama?"

"Well, yours doesn't either!"

"Only because you didn't put in enough effort!"

Mother and daughter bickered like sisters for a while, only reining it in and getting back to business when customers gradually began noticing them and coming over to buy doujinshi.

Mrs. Sawamura sat pressed close to Kouma. The cosplay wasn't anything too over-the-top, but thanks to the supernaturally high looks of both Mrs. Sawamura and Kouma, plus the widespread familiarity with Hasshaku-sama, people spotting them from afar instantly blurted out the name and began drifting toward the booth.

"Wow, your cosplay's perfect! Even though the outfits are simple, it really captures that Hasshaku-sama-petting-her-favorite-sho[ta] feel!"

Hearing the praise from passersby, Mrs. Sawamura's smile bloomed like a flower. All the while calling out and dropping Kashiwagi Eri's name to get the tourists browsing by to buy doujinshi.

Off to the side, Eriri huddled down, hiding her face, and became a cold, emotionless cashier girl. At the same time, she bit her little canine tooth in irritation as she watched her mother hugging the young boy beside her.

"Hmph, next time I'm cosplaying a succubus..."

Just then, seeing Mrs. Sawamura gradually getting busier, Kouma picked up the doujinshi Eriri was selling this time. He lowered his head and began flipping through it.

At a glance, it was the familiar art style, the familiar figures. Yep, the familiar subject matter too. Except this time, it had turned into a succubus onee-san riding a sho[ta]. It was basically the complete opposite of reality, and reading it made Kouma inwardly exclaim, "Oh, come on now."

"Hello, can I get a copy of Kashiwagi Eri-sensei's new work?"

Just then, a familiar young girl's voice rang out.
