Akaash, make sure you have 2FA enabled on all your accounts. Change every password you have. Start using a password manager. If they hacked your Snapchat account and they know your password you need to start changing everything. From banking accounts to shit like Netflix. Stop using passwords that are in the dictionary. Ideally use an authenticator app, at the least get a text sent to you for the second factor authentication. It'll take some time, but do it.
