They are his grandparents. He said the ring he bought for Gemma looked like his grandmother’s. So Gemma is his grandmother.

There was a very vague foreshadowing of Deke being FitzSimmons grandson early on in this season. The first time we see them all in the future they are all wearing helmets, Simmons (being attacked by YoYo) & Deke (coming through the window) in the first episode and Fitz's dramatic entrance in episode 4.

And yes, that was Agent Davis. Coulson commented in the elevator that Deathlok helped Davis get medical help after he was attacked by AIDA.
