Hello everyone! sorry for not posting for 5 days or more. We lost our connection few days ago because the cable snapped and it took 5 days for the maintenance guys to arrive. They finally fixed it and now I am able to start watching/recording. I hope this will not happen again. Again, I am sorry and Thank You for your continued support!
