Max Caulfield and Chloe Price walked into the Blackwell library. To the two best friends' surprise at one of the tables was Victoria Chase, local bully and snob. The blonde bully had her head in her hand and was a sleep, lightly snoring. 

"We should mess with her." The blue haired woman said taking a step towards the defenseless bully. Max reached out to stop her friend.

"No, that would be too mean. She is defenseless." Max said trying to be the bigger person. Chloe didn't approve.

"Last time you fell a sleep in class what did Victoria do?" Chloe asked, reminding Max of the bad Victoria had done. The photographer didn't have to think long as the answer came to her almost instantly.

"She super glued my pants to my chair and I had to be cut out of them." Max admitted embarrassed to be reminded. Chloe waited to Max to relent, which she did by pulling out a sharpie.

"Do your worst." Max said handing it to Chloe, who did exactly that.

The most remarkable thing was that Victoria slept through the entire process. She didn't move as Chloe drew on her face and forearm. It was almost disappointing as Chloe finished up.

"Let's take a selfie." Max offered, which was a genius idea. Chloe pulled out her phone and they posed around Victoria and took a nice picture. They got up to leave the bully, but Chloe could feel it needed one more thing.

"It is missing something." She said more to herself than her photographer friend. She took a step back and saw exactly what it needed. Victoria's black sweater had risen up and her button down shirt under it has gotten untucked from her skirt. Between that was a thin line of bright purple.

"Chloe? What are you doing?" Max asked whispering as Chloe sneaked forward. The blue haired punk reached quick and grabbed the waistband of the purple boyshorts. Before Victoria could do more than open her eyes, the panties were halfway up her back. The expensive fabric cut into Victoria as Max laughed while Chloe gave another good few yanks.

Before the first curse had left Victoria's mouth, the pair were off laughing at the epic wedgie for the bully.
