This was quite a large release with some massive new scenes for clubs being added and a lot of artwork being made for the game.  Let's go over it all now. Artwork:The art in the game has seen the addition of 3 new sprites for characters that we see throughout the cheer club route, each of them also receiving two extra outfits, swimwear, and Casual clothes. With these sprites also comes additional outfits for both Olivia and Tracy. So quite a bit of new artwork for those that are on the Cheer route. Outside of the cheer route we've finally added a background for when you go over to Kate's apartment and for when you go to the dance with Damien, more black backgrounds being removed! Two of the CGs in the game have been updated due to some inconsistencies that have been noticed, one being much less noticeable than the other, but both are on Damien's route as we have been focusing down a lot of the artwork missing for that. 

Writing:Each new club event is massive; reaching over 20k words for all 6 events, and is the main reason why there are 6 new events rather than the standard 9. The club events coming after the ones that are shown in the new update are also really large events that we'll need to dedicate time to as well. Lisa from the Bakery has gotten a little work on as well. She definitely would be the type to continue messaging our main character after getting a job there and we've begun work on adding more of that. We'll see more additional texting events as the game gets updated. Now for something not mentioned in the changelog, Alice. In the previous updates we started adding in scenes for a "social route" a non-romantic route with two branching paths that allows our main character to have a friend group outside of whatever main path they are on. We've temporarily halted development on the route to review the writing and where the route will be going and the bring what has been writing up to a higher standard. 

Technical:Quite a few bugs has been fixed as with each release, and I feel like we're getting closer and closer to bug-free releases of the game. Several routing issues have been addressed and have opened up events that would not have played under specific circumstances in the game.We've added in a requested feature being higher chances to win at the lottery stand in town, while the actual chance to has not changed we have now given you the ability to try your luck 4 times. Another thing that we've added that should help returning players is a warning about save compatibility issues. Variables can change quite often from one version to the next which will cause issues and even errors in the game when using an older save with values that no longer exist or have been altered. Now we have a warning letting you know of the dangers of using outdated saves.I'm looking forward to cranking out updates this large consistently with our change to a two-month cycle. I'd also like to apologize to our $3 patrons since version 0.39 did not lower down to the $3 tier at the end of the month due to the routine of lowering it with new releases, plus the hectic nature surrounding this release.
