There it is! Provoked to hit a woman is genuinely the funniest line from this dub and I'm pretty sure it was a trending sound on tiktok a while back

Nah I remember the first time I watched this and heard L say he considered Light his first friend I had my head in my hands in agony💀😭 even though I think he’s telling the truth we also know how smart L is so Im choosing to believe he’s just keeping Light close while also still being weary of him?

Jess

Misa is so head over heels for Light that she can't see how annoyed he is. She said she'll do anything he says and she's already disobeying his orders. I feel like L was being truthful when he said Light is like a friend to him. And I think Light was shook cause he never regarded L in that way. Maybe that will change how he views L cause I don't think Light has regarded anyone as his friend. With the way things have been playing out, I wouldn't be surprised if Lights's dad arrests him or if Light kills his dad. The latter is a bigger shock value but we've seen how Light reacts to the police.

Imagine if Misa just started offing any girl light talked to, a) she should and b) case closed

Also there’s a Death Note musical concept album on YouTube in English and the dad’s song is all about Justice and Light’s song is like “where is the justice?” Fun fact: it is actually a really popular musical in Japan and Korea. Mr. Vincenzo fall in love with me boy / s1 sweet home villain actor: Kim Sungcheol played L
