I was typing out a whole comment to help you understand tae-seok but I think you put it together at the end there. Also with Seungyoung, he was only risking his job (he thinks he’s dying anyways) to make some money for his family in exchange for…exposing the truth to the public?

Lele

I remember being like “🤨🤨 why would he do that???”on my first watch, but it’s really not that crazy on the second watch lmao

I get what Seungyoung was doing, with regards to making some money as quickly as possible for his family before he dies. And obviously this disease does affect rational thinking. I can understand a regular person doing this. But, he’s on an anti-terrorism unit and he’s going to look for a bunch of already confined , extremely dangerous people and run the risk of a) one or more getting loose and putting if not the public at risk at least the soldiers or b) causing mass panic with the public. Both possibilities go against all of his training. Not to mention he knows he’s infected and could turn at any time and he hasn’t even quarantined himself. Maybe after getting paid he planned to properly turn himself in, but still.

Man talk about a self fulfilling prophecy with Seung-young. Unless I missed something yes he got scratched but he wasn't actually showing any symptoms of turning and he faked his wound to get into the university. so I wonder if we'll find out if he was ever initially infected. So if thinking he was going to die is what really pushed him over the edge and motivated him to do this ridiculous plan which ended up getting him actually infected then it's just like what a waste smh.

the backpacker and glock comments took me out, was NOT expecting that to come up lol
