I’m actually a bit sad that you skip the into, especially since the sept blew up. The animation for that in the opening is so cool Now that bran is back, he’s technically the lord of winterfell (even if he says otherwise), so little finger is trying to suck up to him and get in his favor. little does he know, bran is able to see/know everything. Jon is the son of lyanna and rhaegar who is danys eldest brother so she is Jon's aunt

I am on vacation but we will be watching these as soon as I'm back !

yeah, "chaos is a ladder" is something littlefinger said to varys before. i love that moment from bran

That’s what i love about this show. I am rooting for characters on all different sides🤣 jaime and bronn on the lannister side. Tyrion and varys on the targaryen side. Jon and arya on the starks side 🤡

Sorry, my anime habits kicking in also in the final stretch. I feel like skipping intros save me time in reality they barely take up much lol. I'll check it out before watching the next ep though! He's technically the lord but he's saying he's not, so it'll go back to Sansa temporarily and back to Jon when he returns? Or since Bran is back it'll never go back to Jon?

Have a good vacay!

I’m the same way! I skip most anime op too lol. It would go to Jon since he’s king of the north and winterfell is like the main house in the north. When Jon is gone, it will go to Sansa but since bran is back, he’s the eldest son of Ned and cat.

Specifically he said it when they were showing Ros' death

It's kind of interesting the way inheritance law worked then (I think there are certain situations in England where it still works like this). But since the line of succession is always the male line Bran is the most legitimate Lord of Winterfell, since he's saying he doesn't want it, Sansa is the next eldest legitimate child but the laws don't favor women which would apply to Arya as well (not that I think she's remotely interested) and then Jon is Ned's only remaining heir. It does make you wonder if people knew that he was Ned's nephew not his son would that make them press for Bran to be king in the north more? But I think legality aside John has won the northern people's respect the most.

It also further goes to highlight how completely illegitimate Cersei declaring herself Queen is. Even if you ignore the Targaryen rebellion and say that Robert Baratheon was the rightful king, she's not related to him except by marriage and that doesn't count for women. Technically if any living male relative of King Rob rolled up and said hey I'm next in line she really should step aside but of course she would never do that.
