arisu & usagi seeing each other in the trains is still one of the best scenes in s3 imo. i was like wait the episode just started how is it already over because it felt like such a good place for a cliffhanger

can totally see how arisu x ryuji hugging would’ve thrown arisu off completely but im glad he trusts her. also like i can totally see ryuji maybe falling for usagi but tbh i do not get that vibe at all from usagi. i was so worried the writers were gonna go that way for her & make it weird (borderline cheating) but im so glad that’s not the case so far also her going to the games for a guy would be so ridiculous. would not fit her character at all

honestly the only ppl we really even know on usagi’s team is ryuji so there’s not much rooting going on for the other characters in her team whereas with arisu we’ve stuck around with the same characters pretty much since episode 1 so i totally get caring & rooting for them more

absolutely do not get banda’s obsession with arisu. they’ve never interacted. i get that arisu is smart all but going so far as to recruit ryuji to manipulate usagi to go into the games only for arisu to join is insane!! is that just me??? like if they had talked in s2 or something i would kinda get it but they didn’t even play the same game last season. it’d be more believable for him to be obsessed with someone like chishiya
