ikr!!! i swear i rewatched this episode about 10 times!!!! oh and about what you said (on if korea is still the same when it comes comes to queer ppl in public) i think it’s still pretty much the same tbh, very unfortunate. i watch a few korean couples and queer content from them and what i see is very telling of how things are; them not feeling confident abt showing affection in public, having stories about their families not supporting at all, ending friendships, not being seen as couples on official documents, and much more. saw this mostly from the cast of gay/lesbian korean dating show (his man, togetHer, merry queer; specially from the kr-american youtuber dabit and jshm_zip), but they’re getting progressive slowly and hopefully things will get better in the future, still i don’t expect korea to become thailand when it comes to acceptance lol, with all the queer content on tv/dramas and marriage equality

Housing is probably very expensive but I think most people live in apartments due to the lack of space The US has more landmass which is why it’s easier for us to have more homes than apartment buildings unlike Korea which is smaller in size. They are trying to make the most out of the area they have thus more apartment buildings. You go towards more rural areas there are more homes as opposed to in the city.
