This drama is not my favorite work from anyone in the main cast but I understand why it was voted for it’s a typical lighthearted romcom which can serve as a nice break

Hari and Youngseo have one of the most fun and natural portrayals of friendships ever. I love watching them That wig transition was flawless. The apology she used (죄송해요) is a heavier version of 미안해요. 죄 can mean sin and is used in other words like 죄의식 (guilt) and 범죄 (crime). So she says 죄송해요 to show that she's sincerely sorry I love the drama in the drama. The unnecessary slapstick humor and the parallel to the actual drama is the cherry on top

This is a nice show to de-stress with. Didn't have to overthink it and got some laughs. 🤣 I know it could match some others but I'm fairly certain that the drama within a drama in this show is a Penthouse parody. Or at least a parody of that genre. Oh yeah the rich boy-poor girl drama trope is very popular in Asia in general. Not to say that there's no Western stories of it but not nearly as many. I'm fairly certain Victon has unofficially disbanded. Like they all left their company some members are in military others are pursuing solo. I definitely feel like the male lead character is not giving romantic interest at this point. If I was her I would find his antics highly off putting so they're still in that enemies phase. The trope of he's mean to me so he likes me is also one that Korea loves although it's seen as way more old-fashioned today.

but he does cook for himself though, that's a good quality. I'm interested to see what traits he shows that ends up changing her mind. Cooking him like this is funny, so I'm enjoying it for now! Dang on Victon though! I wonder why that is with the trope though! Getting some laughs from it all too and hey, everyone is alive and well!
