Omg I hope we gonna watch the whole trilogy. This is one of my favorite movie franchises (after godzilla) of all time. I'm so excited

Okay now that I've watch you watch the movie I want to clear everything up, the Tim Burton version from 2001 was a remake of the first planet of the apes movie from 1968. I will save you some time that one was trash and it does not connect the trilogy from the 2010s. The movies that came out during the 2010s are more like prequels than sequels since in the originals, it takes place 500 years after the apes uprising. The ones from the 2010s break down how everything went to shit in the first place. Then Kingdom of the planet of the apes that came out in 2024 is a remake of the original. Now I want to explain some of the minor details in this movie that are extremely important and end up going full circle, but I feel like it may spoil the later movies. But I really hope you watch all of them cause they are great movies and the story telling is amazing. Andy Seriks ( the villian from black panther) deserves his flowers for his proformance as caeser, there's no one else that could have possibly pulled this off as well as him. Also when the movie came out they had subtitles for when they signed. I think now only the ones of streaming have the subtitles (idk don't quote me). But I enjoyed your reaction to this movie and I'm so happy you liked it. I hope we watch the full trilogy

Low-key have a phobia of chimpanzees, they freak me out so much. My sister took me to watch this in theaters and I had some freaky ass nightmares after 😭😭

Love this trilogy so much! I think they did such a wonderful job with the story telling and the progression with each chapter throughout, so I definitely hope we get to watch the other two with you as well. 😊 I do think that it may benefit you to find another version with the actual captions, because like someone else mentioned, it definitely should've had those for you while the apes were signing and conversing amongst themselves. There were important things being said and a special quote that will come back around later on. Also, to answer your question about how the graphics and effects were achieved with the apes, they did use that same technology that was used in the Avatar movies. ✨️

Was real nice to see this movie again! I used to watch it so much! But I'm lowkwey scared of Chimpanzees 😅 and rightfully so! I blame Koda haha yeah so the second movie kinda scared me a bit lol. Haven't watched the 3rd one yet so hope we get to that one. Love the series. And yeah there was captions so that's crazy they didn't put anything lol. I suggest watching those scenes with the captions because it is important.

Oh no! For the scene references I'll go back to watch! Is it just those two at 50:20 and 1:06:54? I'll try to have any sort of captions on all the time. I thought that y'all just couldnt follow because they're chimps LOL.
