I may be wrong but i think Martin only lived in Canada for like 2 years when he was really young. His Korean is much more fluent than his English even though he’s good at both. That voiceover must’ve been so hard for James as a nonnative speaker 😭 he got Korean, English, Mandarin, and Thai all floating around in his head

I hope things gets better for u Anthony. Thank you for the video. Martin said that English is actually his first language but he is more comfortable in Korean bcs he lived in Korea for a longer time. But I follow a Korean/ American creator Jino( idk if u know him), but he says that Martin has a way to talk in Korean idk if it’s an accent or not, since he has a lot of Korean American friends. But he says that Martin is a great communicator in Korean and has an amazing vocabulary. And I feel like Martin English is almost the same. I feel like he be a bit rusty when he spend a bit of time without using English but as soon as he got to do a lot of interviews I feel like every interview it gets better and his vocabulary in English is so good. It’s bilingual family problems ( or advantages ig hehe)

the reason why the yoga guy knew about seonghyeon baby picture doing a yoga pose is bc korean fans found the website of his preschool and there was TONS of pics of seonghyeon (and his classmates) and it went crazy viral on twitter in south korea haha. as for martin i think he did say english was his first language but he also said he's more comfortable with korean, he even asks juhoon and james for the pronunciation of english words or he asks them what a word is in english (from korean)
