LONG POST Nice to see le sserafim content from you again. Really like watching your vids but there wasnt really a lot of new le sserafim content on your patreon so that was kind of a bummer but i subscribed again now. Celebration snd boompala are probably made for their upcomming world tour this year. They need new hype party songs for the concert. Their production really did evolved compared to their early releases, now we can hear their voices more louder than the instrumental and the way they use their voices expressively has improved too. I think their 1st world tour really did benefit them, they are improving and becoming more experienced through the help of performing in diff countries/places. Btw the rap part in saki was yunjin not kazuha. The members has a lot of writing credits here. The lyrics for liminal space does have a lot of mistranslation. It got the idea but at the same time not. Like using he instead of she and us which makes it confusing. seems like google translate was used. Credits -Chaewon with celebration, trust exercise. -Kazuha with trust exercise -Eunchae with iffy iffy, trust exercise -Yunjin with all songs except pureflow, boompala, and creatures. She has credits on *CELEBRATION, *IFFY IFFY, *NEED YOUR COMPANY (she wrote it about her relationship with members specifically chaewon, she said that this was an interlude so that is why its short), *SONDER *IRONY (she worked on this last october when she went to LA, she attended a song camp together with a few american song writers), *SAKI (yunjin said that she actually came up with this during hot promotions and it was supposed to be released with the spaghetti comeback but decided to release it for pureflow album instead bec it did not match the vibe. She said that she loves lore so she came up with this), *TRUST EXERCISE, *for LIMINAL SPACE (she came up with this idea to have this outro bec she felt that the cars and planes they take between scheds act as a third space, connecting two separate stages. She thought it would be interesting to borrow the psychological concept of liminal space for the outro. She got inspired with this during their world tour. Btw there is a lot of info about yunjin credits compared to the other members bec she always goes live on weverse everytime they release new songs/albums to explain the meaning and inspiration of the songs, the process of making them and etc one by one in english and korean. ngl i was shocked hearing her talk about the process of making the album bec at first i knew she had credits on 8/11 songs, so i though she just participated on writings lyrics and stuff but i did not know she was involved on the whole album making process from start to finish. She said that this album is a deeply personal project for the members bec it is about their stories. While planning the album, she actually conducted s one on one interview for all the members asking what they are thinking, what they want to do/talk about etc. she was super involved in the process of making the album, from the whole theme, ideas and the songs.
