brazilian fun fact: the original way of eating açaí is with fried fish and tapioca flour or yuca flour, original açaí is bitter and gets liquidy. in brazil we eat açaí bowls ofc but the base is not blended w a bunch of fruits, just sugar; and our toppings are mostly mango, banana, strawberry, paçoca, granola, powdered milk, nutella, condensed milk. I've tried açaí from non-brazilian places and didn't love it, now i know why we say açaí smoothie bowl lol
