I just pushed an Update to Tabletop Almanac that allows players to manage their own statblocks. So if they want to change a description or an Action or add new Spells they can now do this themselves.

How this works

When you add a statblock to your party you can mark it as Player Character and assign it to another User. When this user opens the Party overview (no subscription required for this), they will see a list of all the parties they've been added to as a player. They can see the other Characters but will not be able to view the statblocks, but they can view and edit the statblock they have been assigned to.

There are some limits to this: They cannot edit their name, they can only choose from the spells the GM/Party Owner has available, and they cannot (yet) change equipment.

Equipment management will be the next feature I'll be working on and after that the integration into GMG.

I hope to be able to add most of the features that make parties a timesaver for the GM in the next month.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask them either here or on the discord.

Hey man awesome feature really, I have a question though where do you mark a statblock as a player? on the tabletop Almanac or in the owlbear rodeo grimoire interface? thank you so much you are killing it

Tabletop Almanac and Game Master's Grimoire

You have to mark statblocks as players on tabletop-almanac.com. If you want to test it, let me know via PN and I'll apply a test period for you. The official release is hopefully soon, I want to finish the whole feature and reduce all the setup a GM as when adding the party to a scene. But there are lots of moving parts so I need to be sure it works really well
