How about a doom clone for a game. Your fighting bigger and bigger giantesses, through level progression, armed with a shrink ray, and shrink the giantess monsters to a harmless size. You would also have to upgrade your shrink ray with more powerful shrink rays, like shrink rifle all the way to Shrink BFG. And batteries scattered throughout the level to recharge your shrink gun, like bullet ammo in the actual doom game.

Doom style may be harder to do. But a game where you shrink giants might be possible, some time

Really? The original doom game has been modded to shit levels. The Mario Doom Clone, the Chex Man official clone, ETC. All you would have to do was change the pixelated demon sprites with stock footage of your old Jpeg flash images and use two or three frames of animation. The modders online make it look super easy.
