Five minutes later, Amy arrived, looking around to find him even as she sat at the bar. “Drinks for the dangerous detective…” he whispered.

She turned fast, only for her eyes to widen. “Ethan,” she said with a big smile. He could see the signs of exhaustion on her due to overwork.

“I see you arrived quickly.”

“Please, it took a minute to solve it,” she said. “And it would have been even faster if we weren’t working because of you!”

“You wound me, detective,” he whispered.

She tried to look serious, but that didn’t last long. She smiled brightly, and kissed him. “I’m sorry it took so much time for us to meet. I wanted to thank you,” she said. She then blushed. “Also reward you properly, but you’re the one with the gift once again. A scavenger hunt—”

He kissed her. “The least I can do to celebrate your great success,” he said. “Thirty arrests, including some from the upper ranks, are serious work.”

Her shoulders shifted with pride. After all, it was a well-earned compliment. His little trick might have initiated the chain of arrests, but the rest was the Nine-Nine, with her in the lead.

When he pulled back, she was blushing. He could see that she was considering whether to blow off the scavenger hunt, which, considering her love of puzzles, was a serious achievement.

“I can’t believe you arranged support for me,” she said. “I don’t need help.”

“Maybe,” he said. “But it’ll be fun for you to make a new friend outside of work,” he said. “Caroline is fun.”

She blushed. “Do we—“

He kissed her again. “Only if both of you are on board,” he said.

“So, what’s the reward?” she said.

“Me, of course,” he said.

“Arrogant,” she said. “Maybe I want something better?” He just smirked, catching her gaze as he launched a charm offensive. She blushed deeply. “Fine, you make an adequate prize,” she said. “Barely.”

“I’m wounded,” he said mockingly, which earned him a real laugh, her eyes lit up.

They had been chatting with Amy for ten minutes when Caroline finally arrived. Her eyes brightened when she saw him at the bar, and approached him. Though he was happy that she took his advice and wore more reasonable heels. Flats would have been even better, but there were some things Caroline Channing didn’t compromise on.

Her distinct style was one of them, and even a scavenger hunt after midnight could only change it so much.

Caroline was too excited to see him to ever consider Amy was with him as well. She immediately reached over the bar and kissed him hard. “Hi,” she said only after pulling back.

“Let me introduce you to Amy,” he said. “Your partner in our little scavenger game.”

Caroline’s eyes widened, followed by a thick blush. She had always been shy, with a touch of awkwardness. “Oh, hi,” Caroline said, blushing. It was a fun change.

Caroline blushed even worse when they were alone. “Sorry about the greeting.”

Amy wasn’t that different. “No, I get it,” she said, then paused. “I kind of greeted him the same way. He can be annoyingly charming.”

“That, I am,” he said shamelessly. Caroline sighed playfully. “So, ladies, ready for the game?” he said.

“Bring it on,” Amy responded, more than happy to focus on the challenge. He slid the first paper, which had a nice combination of linguistic patterns and math, requiring them to cooperate.

And, cooperate, they did. The first two puzzles were a bit rough as they tried to understand their capabilities, but it didn’t take long for them to start tearing through his puzzles.

It helped that both Amy and Caroline were natural team players, quick to adjust to flow, more focused on the puzzle itself than on who would be the one to solve, which was why he asked the two of them to meet.

However, the second part of the game, to make them warm up to each other, was a bit more slow-going. He decided to change that once they reached a seedier-looking alley.

“Isn’t it a bit dangerous?” Caroline said once she looked at an alley.

“Don’t worry. Amy will protect you,” he said. “After all, she’s armed to the teeth,” he teased, then went into the alley, leaving the two alone.

“You are?” Caroline asked, suddenly hesitant.

“Ethan,” Amy growled, annoyed, before she turned to Caroline, reached into her purse, showing her badge. “It’s part of the job,” she said.

“Good,” Caroline said with a sigh, after all the difference between people that carried guns in real life and ones that carried for their job was wide apart. “Sorry about the intense reaction.”

Amy waved it off. “Perfectly acceptable reaction. Not many civilians are comfortable with guns.”

“I didn’t expect you to be a detective. You don’t look like one,” Caroline said, then paused. “Not that I’m trying to say that you’re weak or something—“

Amy interrupted. “Caroline, relax,” she said with a chuckle. “I understand what you mean, and it’s fine. It’s normal. We tend to hang with other cops, mostly out of habit.”

“Not a job that leaves a lot of free time?”

“Certainly not. What do you do?”

“I’m a waitress at a diner, while also helping a bakery with their accounting,” Caroline said. “I don’t have much free time.”

That was the end of their impromptu talk, and the hunt for clues resumed. Though, they worked better than he expected, so he had to split occasionally from them to adjust a few clues, making them more challenging. Their minds worked differently, but that made them a surprisingly effective team.

The harder the puzzle they solved, the bigger their smiles were.

Soon, however, they were stuck in a puzzle for five minutes. “You can ask for a hint,” he reminded them.

“Alright. What's the price for it?”

"A kiss, naturally," he said playfully.

Amy went pink, and Caroline’s color wasn’t any different. Neither were their shy smiles.

"A kiss for a hint," Amy said. “It’s unfair.”

Caroline smiled. “I will pay it gladly if you are not willing to,” Caroline smiled, took a step forward, and kissed him hard.

Amy frowned playfully. “Well, I wasn’t against it,” she said. “I was protesting out of principle. We don’t want him to rig the game,” she said.

He smiled, amused by Amy’s attitude. “The hint is the Louvre.”

“That’s not exactly a good hint—“ Amy started.

“Wait,” Caroline said. “This part can also mean Raphael, which can only refer to Vanguishing of Satan painting based on the other clues…”

“And, if we use the earlier cipher for the name, we get…”

That became the rhythm of the day, most of the puzzles solved by their cooperation, occasionally ‘paying the toll’ by kisses. Admittedly, if he was playing the same game with Max or Rosa, the toll escalated much more, but he knew that neither Amy nor Caroline would enjoy a public spectacle.

However, that didn’t mean they weren’t enjoying the flirting; their kisses getting longer and longer, taking turns.

“So, how did you meet Ethan?” Amy asked.

Caroline sighed, a smile touching her lips. “It still feels like a dream,” she said. “I used to be rich. No, my father was rich, then it turned out that he was running a ponzi scheme,” she added, showing she had come a long way to admit her situation without shame. It was not something she could change or hide.

“That must have been tough,” Amy said.

“It was,” Caroline said. “Anyway, I started working in a diner just to make ends meet. One day, we had a handsome photographer visiting because his model had some kind of emergency and changed the day,” Caroline said. “Well, it was supposed to be just a day of fun, but it didn’t stay that way,” she added. “Especially when my roommate kind of … got tangled in the situation as well.”

Amy blushed. “No surprise there,” she said.

That made Caroline lean forward enthusiastically. “That sounds like a story,” she said.

Amy gulped. “Well. It was a mission to take down a team of drug dealers,” she said. “We were having trouble finding them when a friend of Rosa’s contacted her and told her that someone tried to sell him drugs in a club.”

“A drug bust?” Caroline said, surprised.

Amy nodded. “Yeah. And since the informant was a civilian, we decided that an undercover detective was the best way to protect him, which continued once I escorted him to a safehouse.” Amy stopped. “Let’s just say there wasn’t much need for protection.”

“One question? Were you able to finish the mission before you two…” Amy’s blush was all the answer Caroline needed. She giggled happily. “He can be such a bastard,” Caroline chuckled.

“He can be,” Amy said. “Then he comes and does something completely absurd, shaking your world.”

Caroline sighed. “Tell me about it. A week ago, I was about to lose everything because a rich idiot decided to sue us, determined to bankrupt us through legal fees. It felt like reliving my biggest nightmare…”

Once she finished her story, Amy blushed. “Actually, it might be the same day he kind of saved my life, disarming two murder suspects. If he wasn’t passing nearby…”

As they started sharing stories, he decided to remove a few clues. He didn’t want the night to get too somber, but he also didn’t want to ruin the game, especially when they were in the mood.

The last clue led them to Brooklyn Heights, right into his new house. “Welcome, ladies, to my new place.”

Caroline looked around, excited. “You finally have a house in New York!” Caroline said happily as she hugged him. “Does that mean you’ll stick around more?”

“It looks that way,” he said, even as he pulled Amy into the hug as well. “Now, drinks?”

“A Manhattan, please,” Caroline said.

“Surprise me,” Amy said.

He quickly prepared the drinks, then gave them a tour of the house, though with the semi-open plan, there wasn’t much need.

They were sitting on the balcony, all three of them smiling as they chatted, with Amy mostly criticizing some of the simpler puzzles.

Then, when things relaxed, Caroline leaned and kissed his cheek. "This is the best date I've ever been on," Caroline declared, somewhere around the sixth clue, breathless from running and laughing.

“You two needed to relax. With lawsuits and unexpectedly busy arrests and task forces, you had a busy schedule. The least I can do is to put some effort into making it fun for you two.”

“It was amazing for me as well,” Amy said. “Most people just talk about themselves in dates, or do things they enjoy. You went to all the trouble—“

He interrupted her with a kiss. “It was my pleasure as well.”

While he kissed Amy, Caroline walked behind him, her hands on his shoulders. He heard a shuffle, and the fabric pooled on the ground. When Amy pulled back, he ended looking at Caroline, who no longer wore the cheapest underwear affordable, instead clad in a sexy blue corset that made her look very sexy.

“Since we won, it’s time for us to get our reward. Don’t you think so, Amy?” Caroline said.

“C-certainly,” Amy said, with the slightest hitch in her tone, but it was nothing compared to the enthusiasm of her fingers. Her underwear was more practical and less sexy, which might be why she removed them as well, leaving her toned body completely naked.

He couldn’t say that he was complaining, especially when Caroline walked in front of him. They stood side by side, their expressions flushed.

He stayed seated, but only because Caroline seemed to be enthusiastic about taking the lead, a nice change of pace from the times Max was involved.

Caroline whispered a few things to Amy, and he hummed, making a conscious effort not to listen, not wanting to ruin his own surprise. Caroline sat down and pulled Amy to her knee, trying to look imposing.

She failed, but that didn’t make her look any less alluring.

“Since you’re our reward, dance for us,” Caroline said.

“Oh, you’ll regret asking that,” he said with a smirk, picked a quick song, and started dancing. With his skills, including dancing, turning the teasing offer into a mind-blowing strip show had been easy.

“No touching the strippers,” he reminded her.

“Oh shut up,” Caroline said, too excited to care. “Amy, would you mind helping?”

“Not at all,” Amy responded, even more aroused. Unlike Caroline, Amy didn’t need much assistance after the puzzle game. Caroline enjoyed the game, but it was an actual kink for Amy.

They attacked his shaft together, their lips dancing over his length. The view of them looking at him while trying to avoid eye contact with each other made the scene even cuter.

But no less sexy.

Caroline took the lead, wrapping her fingers around the base and licking slowly up the underside of his shaft before swirling her tongue around the head. Amy leaned in from the other side, kissing and licking along the shaft wherever Caroline wasn’t focused. Their tongues occasionally met, sharing sloppy, hesitant kisses around his cock.

“You two look incredible,” he groaned, one hand gently threading through Caroline’s hair and the other resting on Amy’s head.

They worked together beautifully, especially since they had met earlier tonight. Wet sounds filled the balcony as they worshiped him. Caroline’s corset pushed her breasts up beautifully as she bobbed her head, while Amy’s naked body glowed under the city lights.

“That’s enough dawdling,” Amy finally moaned as she pulled back, shifted in her seat so that her back was turned. “I’m burning.”

“As you wish,” he said as he took her from behind, her wetness incredible. She moaned desperately, while Caroline shifted and started kissing his neck and chest.

“I missed you,” Caroline whispered.

“I missed you as well. Sorry I had to return to LA quickly,” he said. “The lawsuit had brought some additional implications.”

“You got tangled with the Bass family, Waldorfs, Sparks, and the Archibalds,” she said. That was different than what he explained, meaning she had tried to search further, but without her contacts and restricted only to digital, she had understood the situation wrongly.

“It’s not that bad,” he said.

“I can’t believe you made enemies out of some of the biggest families in the Upper East Side for me.” While she whispered that, he continued to invade Amy’s core, her moans getting louder and louder.

“They were lucky that they didn’t target you directly,” he said. “I wouldn’t have been that merciful.”

That made Caroline shiver even more, clearly her worries were still ongoing. “I know, but…” she started, but he silenced her with a playful flick.

“Don’t worry. The Sparks and the Waldorfs are no longer a problem. The Archibalds are likely to play the fence-sitter since they have bigger fish to fry. That only leaves the Bass Family, and they are too split to target me through legal avenues. And, if they try to pull an illegal trick…” he added, spanking Amy’s ass. “I have a feeling I can find a sexy detective to save me from such a conspiracy.”

Amy just moaned louder and climaxed. “Yes, I’ll protect you,” she moaned, showing she got turned on by the idea just as much as the puzzles. It was not a surprise. She always liked being praised, as long as it was about something she was good at. Then, as she stopped trembling, she turned back. “Assuming you haven’t broken any laws, of course,” she added.

“Even jaywalking,” he asked.

“Even jaywalking,” she repeated as she flipped on her seat. Then, her trembling smile grew. “But I can let that go with community service.”

“Does massaging a very sexy detective until her exhaustion dissipates count as community service?” he countered.

“Mmm, a massage, tempting,” Caroline whispered.

“That good?” Amy asked.

“Addictive,” Caroline replied, then she shifted her stance and jumped to his midsection, her legs wrapping around him, skewering herself. “But, it can wait. First, fuck me hard.”

“As you wish, Lady Channing,” he teased as he tightened his grip, and started drilling her even harder. Caroline moaned loudly, her hands gripping his hair as she rocked against his mouth.

Already overcharged, it didn’t take long for her to climax, but that was just the start of their fun night. With both Amy and Caroline able to take the morning off, they were free to have a lot of fun.

And, they did.

He picked stats, and put them into Charisma, as it was still the one that lagged behind. The reward was relatively small, but he didn’t care.

Amy and Caroline in his bed, hugging him to sleep was far superior to any stat point.

The morning was fun … but not in a way he didn’t expect. “Amy, how?” he asked, genuinely shocked as he looked at the inedible eggs, their texture destroyed. “I mean, I just turned my back for a minute, and you had strict instructions.”

Caroline had to leave early because of a little supplier mix-up, leaving them alone. And, as much as he wanted to tease Amy until her brains turned to mush, she still had a long workday ahead.

So, he decided that trying to teach her to cook was a fun activity.

“I don’t know,” she said, looking shocked. “I mean…”

He shook his head as he hugged her from behind. “Have you ever stolen the food of a witch, and gotten cursed to never cook again?”

“I don’t know,” she said, looking hesitant.

He kissed her until her frowns had dissipated. “We will try again later when we have a day we can dedicate to cooking,” he said. “For now, how about I make you the best omelet you have ever tasted.”

“Best? That’s a bit of a stretch, isn’t it?” she asked.

Five minutes later, she was moaning as she ate what he prepared, her voice suspiciously close to her orgasm moans.

That was one way to win a challenge…

Awesome chapter dude 🫡 Ethan get Sheldon sister Missy?

Brudda Jokka

Well it makes up for the previous chapter because that was really rough.

Byakuran

Can have please Georgina back for parents weekend at NYU? Would be awesome if he flies with her back and she kisses him while he is on date with Blair during the event. Serena gonna short circuit from that scene alone.

Byakuran

Missy is fun way to screw Sheldon but she comes with biggest joy buster imaginable - Mary “Holy as Fuck” Cooper. Judith’s neighbour - Cynthia is better choice since she is gorgeous and can be written without restrictions.

Quyan640

Giving Amy 4 shots basically guarantees a lucky night. I forgot what the other levels of her drunkenness

Byakuran

Also can we have a chapter where Georgina and Ethan on a date and meet Barney, Ted and Marshall? It’s going to be fun. Especially if barney or ted tries to flirt with her she just casually threatens them for hitting on her when she is already taken.

Byakuran

Georgina: you’re lucky i have a man in my life i am interested in. Ted/Barney: How so? Georgina: Because last man hitting on me didn’t have that luxury. I’d find out where you work, who you’ve slept with, what you’re ashamed of, and use the best ways to break you using it. Worse if I get creative or annoyed enough.
