Big Fiery Blast, maybe will be one more page. Also it was a bit hard to convey but Tay was getting dangerously overpowered and hot by absorbing Feeni's Giga Embers and her blue flame aura was supposed to become dangerous to the crowd around her as she got hotter.

Hmm, tad disappointed Feeni won, considering that Tay isn't even fainted... But the fennekin do seems a bit shaken, and for what we see this is the toughest battle she had so far. Still, can't wait to see what happens next

Shame to see it end so soon! (Personally, I was hoping for a Dragonball Z Goku vs Yakon moment where Tay kept absorbing Feeni's fire until she was too big/muscular/powerful to move!) Interesting to see this outcome though! It sounds like Tay lost on purpose because her aura was becoming dangerous to the crowd? That's very fitting for her characterization shown so far! Tay choosing to lose rather than risk hurting others is a great character moment for her. Clever writing there, that's a good way to make the fight have a conclusion without directly saying whether Feeni or Tay is stronger. Likewise, really nice character moment for Feeni having her say it wasn't even close but looking worried. That's a good way to show she's still putting on the act of being confident while being internally shaken. Feeni and Tay are both great and I hope we'll see more of both of them!
