Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

This floor-length garb flows around your legs to obscure their movement. Sharp, decorative blades hang from the sides. While wearing the garb, you gain a +2 bonus to Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks, as well as Charisma (Performance) checks made to dance.

The garb has 5 charges and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing it, you can use a bonus action to expend one of its charges to take the Dodge action, provided you aren't wearing heavy armor. When you do, if a creature misses you with an attack before the start of your next turn, you can use your reaction to twirl around and force any creature within 5 feet of you to make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

In awe and terror, the royals watched the warrior maiden weave across the battlefield, the setting sun burnishing her twirling blades as a crescent of destruction.

She had visited their court years ago, long before she returned to raze it. Then, the grace of her movements dazzled and amazed, convincing them that she was a thing of beauty and nothing more.

Now they knew the truth, and saw that she had treated their halls as a battlefield. Their court had become her stage, and she was well-rehearsed.

Her war was a dance of blood and steel, and the kingdom's downfall would be another piece of her brilliant footwork.

Hm. Might want to clarify the targeting for the twirl attack. As it is written, "any creature" is unclear if it is a singular target, all creatures (I'd assume this one to be most accurate), multiple of your choice, or some other reading. (If it is a single creature, it should probably only affect the triggering creature.)

I figured that was most likely. So if you ever do a touchup, might want to adjust it to say "each creature" instead, just for clarity. That single difference can go a long way towards saving the DM stress from some players.
