A massive, free excerpt of Books Three and Four (Patreon)

Hey heroes!
I've been spending a lot of time on these books, as I always have, in the lead-up to their release on September 1st. As they get increasingly fleshed out, I get more excited about what's packed inside.
Some of my favorite content—ever—is catalogued in these compendiums. Magic items that I look back at and say, "dang, that was a good day," and character options that make me go "that is so fun, I'm proud of that." There are settings that I've had dreams about—in.
I can't wait for you to get your hands on these books. In fact, I really can't.
I want to share nearly 200 pages from them with you. This link will take you to my personal Google Drive, where you'll be able to grab a preview of both books.
If you haven't gotten the chance to follow the Kickstarter campaign already, allow me to gently recommend it. Not only do you get notified the second it goes live (and again before it ends if you miss it), but that starting metric also helps me out when it comes to Kickstarter internals. So if you're excited for the project, consider taking the next few seconds to follow it—it's only got upsides!
I'll be continuing to release little bits and pieces in advance on the lead-up to September 1st, so stay tuned for more in the next few weeks!
Until then, keep on adventuring!

...Postmortem Script:
If you've scrolled this far, let me thank you. You're involved, invested, and...did you get a new haircut?
Anyway, I wanted to take up another minute to talk about my follow-up campaign for Skellies, starting October 1st. If you haven't gotten a chance to check it out already, the website is up and running, where you can download the game for free and follow the campaign on Backerkit—doing so helps me out the same as it does on Kickstarter, if you can spare the extra few clicks.
Skellies is what I wanted from a no-stakes RPG. I wanted something silly and lighthearted, but without the intensity or burdens of epic heroic fantasies. Everything felt either too serious, to demanding, or took too long to read (instant naps).
I wanted to goof around my friends using enough mechanics to keep it rewarding when things went right, and hilarious when they don't—without the feeling of failure.
If you've had a game night where one person can't make it, or when everyone is too stressed out from the real world to deal with imaginary stressors about dungeons and dragons, then you're a lot like me. This game is custom-built for on-the-fly game night options, emotional breaks, and genre palette cleansers.
The game is free, and it always will be. I want you to have it and play it. If you like what you see, I think you'll love it on your shelf, too.
That's really it from me for now—thanks again for reading so far!-g
PPS... and here's a picture of my dog right now (Cowboy).
