late reply, but for the babes who are new to queer dating / worried about lacking experience… I’m a lesbian who came out “early” and mostly dated other lesbians. when I met my wife, she had only been with men, BUT she was super confident and direct about what she wanted (to date a woman). it was so hot! if you’re self-assured in your attraction, regardless of your previous experience, other people should feel at ease with it too. if they aren’t cool with it, like Catherine said, then they’re not your people!
