Christ haha, can’t stop feeling every single episode is drowning in innuendo about… ducks.

Cody Zimmer

A rhyme using campari would have been clutch Lou

Little Cheese Confettis

If I had a nickel for every time Actual Jeremy Renner was canonically an NPC in an Actual Play featuring Emily Axford & Lou Wilson as players, I would have 2 nickels, which isn’t a lot of nickels but weird that it happened twice

Evie

"Honor's the other way Gallanthoof!" Lord, Emily just can't stop saying the best lines.

Benjamin Korynta

Lou perfectly playing to his character without being that player that ruins the fun for everyone else

christien

Glad it came a little early today! Nice way to celebrate last day of quarantine

wilson menary

Wow murph! You really went out of your way to kill Lake, the king didn’t have to kick him while he was already dead :(

Bryce Coley

I was just listening to the last short rest for the second time when to my joy this dropped. It’s been a pleasure to listen to y’all’s game. Hope your new year is going well!

Samuel

I'm kind of confused, where can i find the rotating heroes podcast feed drop?

Nolan Childerhose

Here I thought I was going to bed early. Not when I can listen to some Hexbuds!

Canid Duality

Murph understand the switch to 3 campaign episodes a month. If you need to switch to biweekly and moving short rest to alternating weeks, we would still love you all. You deserve time to both edit episodes and prep sessions.

Aidan Klajnscek

Heyo, the disadvantage on prone only happens if a target is conscious. If a target is unconscious, all attack rolls have advantage. Regardless, I am not at all displeased about how dramatic it turned out. Love this show so much!

Scott Allen

The unpredictable intro is just... So damn good, Jake

lilly smoke

Oh you know ima have to relisten to this. So much happened!!! Fantastic!! Loved it!!! Thank you!

Sahara

Can I just say I love the track that plays in the Grove. Totally not what I would expect to play in that setting but it was perfect. Good job as always Emily

Nathan Wilson

This is very much beginning to feel like a "Campaign after the campaign" with us learning about the Hexbloods past adventures and renewing their resolve for another one. I'm loving it.

Nathan T Wilson

You would have to specifically subscribe to that patreon to get their episodes. They don't have public posts. Or you can get them delayed by a couple months on the last Thursday of every month here - per Murph's announcement. The rotating heroes pod posts an episode every week, but the story episodes are every other week with a "short rest" style talkback between the story eps.

Jake C

If we don’t get a shirt that says: “There’s no honor in the side flap” I’m going to be disappointed

Hunter Steffes

I’m still at the beginning, but these Monks need to remember they can Deflect Missiles (arrows)!

Neil henderson

Is it just me or are they forgetting deflect missiles? Monks should be able to block/grab/throw back arrows

Michael Lovell

Tarragon: I'm mad Jabari: *becomes emperor palpatine* let the hate flow through you

Robin Moran

Slightly disappointed that there have been so many Rotating Heroes Podcasts as am already a Patreon of RHP. Looking forward to hearing you guys soon.

Flonc

Didn't read previous comments, but am I the only one getting strong Dishonored vibes from Jake's character Corbo? You know, the plague, protagonist named Corvo, that sort of thing

antibob

This was one of my favorites. My blood was POUNDING the whole time

seriph16

Any other mythology buffs get tir na nog vibes from this grove?

Beav

Murph, what about Kill Bill? A fantastic, two-movie series. Not everything needs a third movie

Mason McCauley

I love Jake’s determination to treat Lake better than he treated CawCaw. Remember kids, it takes time to become a responsible familiar owner

wilson menary

They gotta be called the Hextubs after the end of that episode!

Clayton Davis

“A doggie bag of battle” HAHAHA I was rolling

Jessica Cooper

Have not even finished the episode, had to pause it and brave the comments to tell you that when Jabari rolled on his third arrow i screamed in the parking lot at work.

GM

Glad Im not the only one who was like "wait, what videogame!?"

Liam Cornell

Murph, did you get the name of the blades from skyrim?

Bradley T

I’m so psyched that Murph found a way to get the frostwind accent back into Campaign 2

Cameron Sunken

Absolutely loving this campaign and these characters!

Malt!

Jake coming in with the rhymes is amazing

Stephanie Karisny

No revivify in this campaign?! That's a complete game changer and made me so nervous for all the PCs in this ep!

Rachel

Kinda fucked up how good murph is at constructing these stories. i screamed at the connection to the blades at the end!

Brother Lagniappe

Choo Choo Crew more like Who Who Crew. Hexbuds 4 Lyfe

Frank

This arc is legendary

MLEbug

Lou's intro next week: Jabari The Jacuzzi!

Joshua Heyes

Contender for most exciting naddpod combat ever?

Abe C

I’m thinking the store needs an “Outterborough: Came for the baby shower, stayed for the rave” t-shirt

Joe ?

Jabari is probably my favorite naddpod character. He knows what he loves and what his pros is.

Arwyn Robinson

Oh man this episode was so gooooooooooooood. The stakes feel SO HIGH!!!!

Abagayle Witzgall

I NEED a “I’m not craven I’m calculated” shirt

Brendan Wohlers

Big shoutout to Murph's narrative skills! I really enjoyed the juxtaposition between the dark fairy tale and the high fantasy surprise, it was really "visually" engaging to hear the use of the grove/centaurs as a scene transition! I feel like it stayed true to one thing the witcher does really well, which is to introduce fairy tales in a different way. I hope we see more of this interesting dynamic! Thanks!

Kevin Craig

War Tub? Psh, I'm all about the Battle Bath myself

Unloved

My questions are were the archers shooting with disadvantage on their rolls? After the group had 1 round running away they were out of short range for bows. And once they got into the forest were they getting partial cover? It worked out great the way it went, just curious

Aaron Black

Not that Jabari needs to be any more badass, but not only does Deflect Missiles allow you to reduce the damage -- if the damage is reduced to 0 he could've thrown the arrows back as a part of the same reaction. :)

Rogan

Soooo excited for the game!!!! Love you guys!!!!!!! :D

Myka Donati

Murph over here nourishing us with world building in these side episodes

Good Guy Josh

Was it just me or should they have been catching more arrows?

Legendz1224

Here to just make the totals comments be 69. You’re welcome.

Jake

ONE BIG TUB

Zeon Liberation

this is one of the best episodes you all have ever put out.

Emmie

He can box like a fox He's as dumb as an ox But it's Harry I'm plannin' to marry!

Glenn Dhooge

Do I hear "One big Tub" . Also I really get Scarlet (Guild Wars 2) vibes from Mockxora. Love it

Summer Tribe

19:00 ahhhh the shittiness of monk subclasses
